I had a minor problem with my garage door. I contacted Precision expecting an appointment in a week or two, nope they were able to come out in a few hours! When Precision arrived, Jordan was the technician and polite as could be. Jordan provided me with three different options and explained each one to me. He diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Jeremy had the parts on hand, we approved the work, and he replaced the Genie garage door unit. It runs very quiet. I needed the weather stripping replaced around my garage door and some service done on the door because the door was very loud and acting up. Jon came out to do the work and he was fantastic. He was extremely thorough and explained in detail all the work that needed to be done before he started with a complete estimate. The work was done quickly and with excellent quality. From start to finish the service was excellent. Our service specialist addressed the initial problem of replacing a broken spring and then inspected and replaced other critical parts that were worn and failing. He tested the motor?s operation, tightened its chain and lubricated the necessary equipment to reduce friction and wear, before a thorough review of the occasional owner inspection and basic maintenance of the door to ensure its optimal operation. Thank you for the timely and comprehensive garage door repair. I strongly recommend the company and its excellent staff, from scheduling a service appointment to completing the job.

Called Precision Garage Dr co to replace the rollers on my garage door and spoke with Amanda. She got right on it and withing an hour Judd the tech showed up. He spent 10 min looking over all the hardware components of the garage door. Judd replaced all the rollers in 30 min. at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service and Judd did an excellent repair job. If you have any garage door problems, I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Co.

Everything was very fast and efficient. From phone call to repair was less than 2 hours. The installer was very friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is that it is expensive. Doing research after the fact I discovered that I could have had it done cheaper but not as fast and possibly not as high of quality springs. Also they only warranty the repair for 1 year. My research showed that other warranties are for much longer when having service performed by large corporations such is this.
