After the spring on our garage door broke we called Precision and are extremely happy that we did. Jeremy Parish was our technician and he provided us with a very thorough estimate after fully explaining what would be best for us. We ended up with a two spring system with new rollers and cables. Once everything was installed, our garage door has never operated so smoothly or quietly. Jeremy was fantastic to work with and provided excellent customer service. Marc was the technician for the job. He inspected my garage door as well as the garage door opener, springs and wheels on the whole unit. He gave me several quotes to choose from based on how much work I wanted done. I felt that he was very honest and he did a great job. When I need any additional garage door or garage door opener work, I will definitely call Precision. I had the springs and the wheels replaced on the garage door. He also programmed new remotes and determined why the remote signals were not strong and had to be pushed several times. And he fixed that for me.

We had our garage door spring break on a Saturday afternoon, thought we would have to wait til Monday to setup an appointment was happy to learn that they work weekends and had an opening 2 hours later, we excepted that appointment. I contacted the company at 12:40pm because of a broken spring. I was given a window for the same day of 2-4pm. Jordan arrived at precisely 2pm. I was surprised to get such prompt and punctual service. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done. He pointed out a couple additional items needing attention without seeming pushy. I would definitely recommend Precision, and will use them again when needed.

I am very pleased with precision garage door company. We had them come out and install two new garage doors and openers almost eight years ago. Never had a problem. Last week one opener just stopped working. Today they sent Jeremy back out and he installed a new one. I learned so much. I still nice bought a surge protector and even installed the app on my phone. Thank you Jeremy. My dog Casey approves of him as well. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained everything and went over details to make sure I understood everything about the garage door that I needed to know. He also helped me get on the app so I can control the door remotely. The technician (Judd Sybesma), from Precision Garage Door, that worked on my garage door opener today was absolutely wonderful! He contacted me prior to his arrival to let me know when he would arrive.
