I called to inquire about a new garage door. Tyler came out and gave me 3 options. Once I selected an option, the work was scheduled and Benjamin arrived on time, with everything he needed. The new door was up and working 2 hours later. Benjamin even replaced all of the old wooden trim around the door. Great communication (emails, texts) throughout the process. Really easy to do business with and the install was flawless. Definitely recommend.

We had a busted overhead spring and Precision was here quickly. New parts, new springs, out the door in 45 minutes. I would recommend Precision Garage Door for overhead door repair/replacement. This is our second time with the company having a new opener put in previously.

Jeremy, the tech, responded to my early morning online request in less than hour, calling me via cell phone with the message he could be here in 20 minutes, and he was. He replaced our 30-yr-old main garage door opener with a Liftmaster with camera, including the touch pad box in 2.5 hrs. It operates so quietly, I no longer hear family members as they open the door and drive in. I love being able to view what the camera sees when it is triggered on. The LED Lights are also triggered by motion. Jeremy trained me on the operations before he left and wrote down his cell number down in case any questions arose.

Mike did an awesome job! He was professional, friendly, and when my husband forgot his phone I was able to call him and he relayed that I was coming home with it! He had already left but was close and went back! That is customer service like you don't see much anymore! We love the new opener with the security it brings and is SO quiet! We would use them again!
