Had our new garage door installed by Benjamin . He was right on time and then his coworker Judd came to give him a hand . They were very nice to deal with and had the job done quickly with everything cleaned up. What made me know Precision was a good company is that Benjamin pointed out some defects in some of the panels. He said this is abnormal and must have happened during shipping. I don't think I would have noticed them for a while if he hadn't pointed them out. Benjamin stated , this is not up to my standards so I will be out when it is convenient for you to replace the entire door. Thank you for your honesty and integrity young man !

Our garage door would only open about a foot and we noticed there was a broken spring. I messaged Precision and got an appointment scheduled for the same day. Jeremy arrived and diagnosed the problem and had the garage up and running again in no time. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. I'd recommend contacting Precision if you find yourself in the same predicament.

Job was quoted on a Thursday and parts were ordered. Job was installed on the following Tuesday. Jeremy was very friendly and did a great job. Needed to replace the bottom rubber gasket and door rollers which had rusted over the last 23 years. Everything looks as if it is a new door and it operates very smoothly.
