Fast service (Tyler was over within a few hours, and did a great job), however seemed like a lot to replace two springs and lubricate ($914, was not emergency, weekend, holiday, or after hours).

I was very happy with my garage door service. They were prompt. They diagnosed the problem, informed me how it could be repaired. Gave me an estimate. Repaired the problem very quickly all the while my SUV was parked close to the garage door. Kevin and Conner were very courteous and friendly.

Austin Bectel was my technician. I have one of those issues that happens often but not when the tech arrives. Austin was thorough but could not find an issue after opening and closing it several times. He gave me some tips to look for when it happens next and said someone will come out again when I have more info from the tips he gave me. Austin was polite and thorough.

Our garage door wouldn't go up and had to manually open(5:00 am) so we could get to work, called the company at 8 am and was scheduled for someone to come out between 12:00 - 4:00, Technician called on his way and arrived before 12:30. Technician, Mitch Fiewig surveyed the situation and gave me a quote for repair and I asked for a quote on a new opener also, as my current one was 38 yrs old and very noisy. I agreed to the quote for repair and new opener and Mitch got to work right away. Mitch was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the repair and installation. Job was completed before 3 p.m. This is my 2nd time dealing with Precision, in 2015 I had them install a new garage door and was happy then and am happy now. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and relatives.

Online reviews were great so I chose Precision to install an exterior key pad for my garage door. Making a same day appointment was appreciated and my technician Ryheem was great. I was able to communicate with him to know when he was arriving. Job was completed in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable! I would do business with them again.

Zach Ruiz was so helpful with installation of a new garage door opener. He fitted a piece onto my existing setup to make it safer. I did not arrange this ahead but he made it work. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. he came the same day that I called- unexpected great service. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door service!

Our spring broke late in the afternoon and Tyler showed up the next morning. His work was excellent and first rate; he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Our door needed a lot more work than just a spring and Tyler finished in less than 2 hours. Overall a great experience and we will call again the next time we need garage door help :).

Precision was the only garage door repair company doing repairs on the weekend, torsion spring broke Friday evening, repair's were made Saturday morning, Ryheem, our technician was very thorough, he went over every inch of the door, our garage door was installed when we built the house 32 years ago, we ended having him replace just about everything on the garage door, listed below,,, 1 Center Bearing 2 End Bearing (Left) 3 End Bearing (Right) 4 5" Rollers: 5 Torsion Cable 8' 6 PDS 10' Drum (Left) 7 PDS 10' Drum (Right) 8 PDS Powder-Coated Torsion Springs 9 PDS Powder-Coated Torsion Springs All services were performed and completed, wasn't planning on spending that much, a little pricey, but probably all were all needed after 32 years of service, Ryheem was great and appreciated his professionalism, the job took approximately 4 hours from start to finish...Thanks again , Marty Hutchinson.

We have a 74 year old solid wood garage door that broke today at 10:00am. I had a service tech, Tyler Kerry, at our door at 2:45pm. Tyler assessed the problem, clearly explained all the options available, and provided us with estimates for each option. After making our choice Tyler fixed the door doing a thorough job. Excellent service and communication! We highly recommend Precision Garage door and are thankful for the superior job Tyler did for us!

My only concern which had nothing to do with the technician himself was the actual cost of the repair which I found on the high side compared to other service providers I had made contact with. My main reason for going with Precision was due to prior experience with garage door repair in the past. I had asked about a senior discount, which you provided but quite frankly it’s too insignificant to be considered a real discount.

I would probably never use your company in the future. I was charged $320 for 25 minutes of labor, which I feel is excessive. I reached out to the company for some sort of relief or explanation and was told that adjusting the spring was dangerous and that wss the going rate. I also had a handle installed that failed after two lifts of the garage door. The company did say they would send someone over tomorrow to fix the handle. Stay tuned.
