My garage door wouldn't stay closed. I called Precision Door on Friday afternoon and were there by Saturday afternoon. The service tech did his inspection and then communicated thoroughly about what he would need to do. The repairs were completed pretty quickly. The service tech that came out was great!!

He listed to my goals and issues for the service call, noted some of my concerns were unjustified, and pointed out other issues that were not an imminent threat but could be in the near future. Conner arrived early because he finished early with another customer. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After looking over the situation of my garage door we decided to have the garage door replaced it is 21 years old. He took a down payment on a new one.He told me someone would get in touch to make an appointment to have the new one installed.
