This was the first time I've used Precision, but it won't be the last! I was truly impressed with the whole process, beginning to end. I called on a Saturday at 9 AM and by 9:50 AM, Connor was at my doorstep ready to solve the issue! The communication was absolutely incredible... far exceeded by expectations, with texts when the appointment was made, when Connor was on his way and when he arrived. The texts also included a picture of Connor for safety reasons, which I truly appreciated as a woman home alone at the time. Connor was a true professional, very courteous, knew exactly how to solve the problem, and explained what he did for future reference. He and his company truly saved the day by coming out so quickly! Highly recommend Precision and Connor!

First thing Friday morning, I found out the spring on my garage door was snapped in two. My cars were trapped! I called Precision Garage Door, and they said they could be there in 3 hours. Jordan called me and said he could be there at 2 hours earlier than expected. He got it done in an hour. So from the time I called, and the time it was fixed, it was a total of 2 hours! Incredible service! Jordan was amazing. He communicated my options, etc. Highly recommend Precision!

Gavin diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes. He gave me several options and went through them all. Gavin was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. He had the new motor and coil springs installed within an hour! Great job

I had my appointment set up for 10am and Tyler called at 9am. He was on his way in...this is what I call "on time to do business " he came over and got the job done quick and safe. Everything is working really smooth. I did set up my schedule after work online. Basically at 2am and by 10:30am it was fixed. Great efficiency! Thanks!

Tyler Kerry stopped out to assess the situation and determined that our 20 plus-year-old Chamberlain garage door had seen better days. We worked together to determine next steps and concluded it would make very little sense to try and repair the existing opener, only to take the risk of it potentially malfunctioning again. Again. After all, these things are not built to last forever. The decision was made to replace our Chamberlain with a LiftMaster belt driven system that is more user-friendly and future proof. We are very pleased with the service we received, as this is our third time overall using this company. We will recommend them to our family and friends without reservation.

Had a great experience over the weekend with Precision Garage Door. Jeremy came out in a Saturday after I had an issue with the emergency cord getting caught in my vehicle. He inspected it and pointed out a few things that would improve the safety and longevity of the door - and even made sure we were using the correct lubricant for the springs and other moving parts. We moved forward with his recommendation and the work was completed right then. Big thanks for easing our minds with the issues and fixing what needed to be done.

(Professional) He explained all my options and answered my questions quickly. a Accepted the quote and in a manor of 45 min (if that) I was up and running. Jeremy actually arrived early, but not before confirming it was OK, by calling. He was very friendly and professional. He examined the issues with our garage door and made various recommendations.
