Great experience with Precision! I called at 10:15 am for an unexpected garage door repair. The scheduler could offer me a time slot immediately for 10 am - Noon, which I happily accepted. My technician, Jordan, called when he was on the way and he arrived within about an hour of my call to schedule. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with answering my questions. He gave me extra time to think over the options. Jordan went over everything with me ahead of time, and again afterwards, and I felt like he wanted to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. This is the second time I have had Jordan out for service, and both times were 5 star experiences. I'll definitely be calling Precision again in the future. Highly recommend! Thanks, Jordan!

My older electric garage door unit was not always working. A new electric garage door unit was installed by Jordan Houser. Jordan did a great job installing this new Genie 3120 electric unit. Jordan also took the time to explain everything to me. I have used Precision Garage Door of West Michigan in the past. They have always done a great job.

We called this morning to note a grinding noise in our garage door. They got us an appointment today and even called to move it up if that was convenient for us. Wow! Stephen Sinko came out and quickly found and corrected the problem and had us listen to be sure we were satisfied. We are so glad we used Precision Garage Door for our install and for the wonderful follow up service we received. They are absolutely top notch!

Had an emergency with the garage door and they were able to get out and unfortunately I needed a new one but they had it installed before I could even get home. My wife stayed home and waited for him and they sent a picture of the tech which I really enjoyed cuz I could forward that to her I would recommend them.

I was delighted to have Jeremy Parish come to my home this afternoon and replace my garage door opener. It took less time than I thought it would, and the new door opener works so much better than the old one ever did! Jeremy was easy to talk to, and he did a great job explaining what was wrong with my old one and why it needed to be replaced - he was very kind and knowledgeable and didn't apply any pressure when it came to sales. Jordan came to fix a non working opener. He went above and beyond. The opener was very old and non functional. He replaced it, reprogrammed it, adjusted and lubricated the door as well as bringing the panel down to my eye level. Thanks for a job well done in a speedy manner. Wow! We just want to say that our experience with Precision Garage Door, specifically, Jeremy Parish, was so on point. Our door broke on Friday night with our cars inside the garage and no way to get them out. It was going to be a long weekend. We started planning and rearranging work and other appointments for Monday because we figured that would be the earliest someone could be out to fix it. Wrong. Called Precision before 8 am on Saturday morning and they scheduled a tech for us by noon. Jeremy was on time, so personable and polite. He gave us a good estimate and got to working on replacing all the parts right away. He had the door open and working by 2. No way!!! He did a bang up job for us and left us with a big smile on our faces. Way to go, Jeremy!!! Excellent representative of your company!!! Thank you for helping us out! 100 stars review from us!
