Our automatic garage door was opening very slowly. Eventually, we realized that one of the two tension springs was broken. We called Precision late in the afternoon, and they came out the very next morning. Joseph was the technician. He explained exactly what needed to be done. And through an inspection determined a few minor issues that would likely be addressed. We agreed to the entire repair, and he took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. Upon completion, Joseph showed us everything that he did, cleaned up - and asked if we had any further questions. We are very happy with the job and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door needs!

I am very happy with Precision garage door service. . I called them on a Saturday afternoon and they had someone out by 4 pm that day. He explained what had happened and we needed a new door and opener. They came out the next Friday and Cesar Velasquez was here by 8:30 am. Our Garage door safety sensor was malfunctioning preventing the door from closing. Mike Jolly checked the existing sensors and confirmed they were not functioning correctly. He also noticed the door opening and closing effort was high. He installed new sensors, replaced our 24 year old track wheels and lubed the system. Now works like a charm. Took about an hour from start to finish.

We needed our garage door spring replaced and Precision Garage Door was recommended. Our service technician was Dylan and he was super. He communicated with us on delays and arrivals times, did a complete inspection, advised us on his findings, replaced the spring and repaired some rollers. He took the time to show us how and when to maintenance them. He was very courteous and polite. We definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and request Dylan!

the removal of the old garage doors and the installation of the new ones was great considering the temperature of 7 degrees. Cesar V and Eric F were very fast and professional. the doors are extremely quiet and smooth. I do have three questions on the installation: 1 - on the bottom door stops (on both doors) - why is one red and one is green ? (shouldn't they both be green) 2 - why is there bare low voltage wires hanging down from the opener? 3 - why were the open/close buttons on the door end of the garage not wired back in? Thank you for the prompt service After a discussion with the personnel - I am changing my feedback to excellent. the questions were answered and Cesar V and Eric F had done the installation correctly

Very easy to make appointment. Tech arrived earlier than estimated time frame. Jordan Wallace was courteous and explained problem with door and options available. He was patient when I needed to call and discuss situation with my husband. He completed the work quickly and explained the warranty before he left. He did not leave any written paperwork and I unfortunately did not think to ask.
