I needed a way to open my electric garage door during a power outage because my garage doesn't have a door. I called Precision because they were the highest rated on Google. Brad walked me through all the workings of my garage door and he explained everything he did. $27 is steep as hell for what is basically a can of WD40, but it is what it is. I would recommend Precision Garage Door and Brad.

Pat Stevens was really awesome. he checked everything on my garage door making sure that everything was working correctly. Pat explained on securing your door if you were going on vacation. I lost one of my remotes He was able to replace my remote.. he showed how to open my garage door manually with the key. Pat answered every question I had and gave me good advice. I had a concern about the rubber strip on my garage door. Pat replaces the rubber stopping with a better rubber striping. Pat went the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy with the service he performed at my home today. Thank you Pat for getting customer service Pat gave me outstanding customer service. Our technician, Alex, showed me the parts that Precision uses in their garage doors: high quality steel braces, nylon rollers that don't rust or need regular lubrication, coated springs that never rust either. He demonstrated that Precision makes garage doors built to last. When I asked him, even he admitted they are not the cheapest option, yet the prices he quoted me still seemed fair. With everything he showed me I felt very confident moving forward, knowing that I was making an investment in a company that would build me an excellent garage door that I can expect to function flawlessly for the next 25 years. That's their goal, he says. And I believe it. If you want to buy a door that will last, get Precision!

Such a great experience! The technician Mike Jolly was exceptional! He kept us informed of his arrival and we were also sent a pic and bio of him , so we knew to expect. He explained everything to us and pointed out several areas of concern. He never made us feel pressured , instead we felt very comfortable with him and completely trusted him. My service technician was Eric H, he was early for the appointment which was great. He did a complete overhaul of my door which was badly needed since most of the parts were 20-30 years old. Eric was very polite and explained everything he was going to do and the price. He did a little more than expected with out any extra charge. I would highly recommend precision garage door.

Our technician, Dalton, was very knowledgeable, and so pleasant. We called Precision Garage Door to have our garage door opener repaired. Dalton was very thorough as he examined our garage door opener and our garage door as well. As he carefully explained in detail, and showed what was wrong with each, it became apparent that both needed to be replaced. Pat Stevens of Precision Garage Door did an outstanding job replacing the bottom gasket to my garage door. He recognized that the old gasket was no longer made and then fabricated a base for the new gasket. Everything looks great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would hire him again.
