Replace broken spring. Was shown other worn parts that would need to be replaced in the near future. Decided to get a full rebuild so a call in the near future wouldn't be necessary. The work by Tim Mason was done expertly and quickly. Great experience!!!

Had to replace the garage door overhead motor. Called and a service tech, Dylan, was at our home 3 hours later. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. My service technician was Eric H, he was early for the appointment which was great. He did a complete overhaul of my door which was badly needed since most of the parts were 20-30 years old. Eric was very polite and explained everything he was going to do and the price. He did a little more than expected with out any extra charge. I would highly recommend precision garage door.

Our technician, Dalton, was very knowledgeable, and so pleasant. We called Precision Garage Door to have our garage door opener repaired. Dalton was very thorough as he examined our garage door opener and our garage door as well. As he carefully explained in detail, and showed what was wrong with each, it became apparent that both needed to be replaced. Dalton again shared a great deal of information with us and guided us through all the details of selecting and ordering our new garage door and opener. Pat Stevens of Precision Garage Door did an outstanding job replacing the bottom gasket to my garage door. He recognized that the old gasket was no longer made and then fabricated a base for the new gasket. Everything looks great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would hire him again.

Jeff was great. He called to ask if he could come early and it worked out perfect! He inspected and explained the issue of the door. Gave an honest overview of the problem and explained the repair. Precision was the best! We had an odd size garage door that was old and needed replacing, they did a special order for us! Our tech, Steven that came out was very professional and courteous! After finishing he explained everything he did and showed me how to operate and properly maintain the new door and garage door opener, he hauled all the old door and parts away and cleaned everything! A+++ Precision!!!
