Th spring broke on our garage door, and I contacted Precision Garage door. I was advised that the tech would be out between 4-8 pm that same day. I received a call from Patrick Stevens that he would be on site at 5:15 pm. He arrived on time and inspected our garage door. He provided a number of options to make repairs. We opted to have the door completely rebuilt. Patrick stated that he had all the parts available, and it would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete the work. Once complete, he walked me through all the repairs made and provided a can of spray for the hinges. Patrick was friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Patrick was out to look at the damagero my garage door within an hour of my call. The door replacement appointment saw scheduled fir Friday at 8 am. Eric Miller called before he arrived and was early. He replaced the door and the opener in less than 3 hours then texted me so we could review the work and the door opener controls. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Shawn was on time, early actually, was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, assessed the issue and quoted me a price to complete the repair. He offered helpful suggestions on my equipment but was not pushy on trying to upsell me. I appreciated his honesty and insights to make informed decisions based on info and not pressure to buy an upsell. Shawn was great and I will call Precision for any future garage door needs.

I was having problems with my aging garage door and contacted Precision on a Friday morning. They were at my house within a couple of hours and, as I expected, it was no longer worth it to repair the many things it needed, so I decided to finally replace the door They had to order the door, but it was delivered and installed the following Thursday, and Precision communicated with me through every step of the process. Jaime came Thursday morning and did the entire installation in about 4 hours. He then took the time to discuss maintenance and caring for the door and its parts. He also went over the basics of the opener with me. Jaime was very knowledgeable and professional. It was refreshing to deal with such an efficient company that actually exceeds their promises. I was extremely impressed with Precision from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with garage door issues. Remarkable experience!!

A "shout-out" to Brian Ciminelli, the technicican that recently visited our home to service our garage doors. Precision installed 3 sets of beautiful garage doors for us in 2022. Dylan was our tech, and he was outstanding. The service was excellent. He had to repair/fix both cables that came undone and move the spring over slightly from the existing location. We were called 15 minutes before he arrived. He looked the whole job over, gave me a fair quote and got the work done quickly and now it works great. Mark from precision door came to my house today to repair my garage door. Upon inspection and review it was determined I would need a new door as my existing door was 30 years old. Mark provided me quotes for different doors only and with new openers included. Mark explained the different doors and the warranties and costs for each door. Mark did not try to push me into a purchase and was very professional in the process. I decided to include a new door and opener as mine was 15 years old. Went with the door that had a five year warranty. Would recommend precision door and Mark for any work needed for a new garage door and opener. Door is being installed tomorrow. Thanks for your help Mark.

Our garage door would not close last night. Booked an appointment on-line and Stephen Freitas, Jr. showed up early this morning to help. He was very knowledgeable and a very impressive young man. His communication skills were excellent. Made great eye contact and explained everything in terms we understood. Our door closes now.
