Josh installed a new garage door for us on Friday, 9-12-25. He did a fantastic job. Made sure everything worked, explained everything clearly and made sure the work area was clean before he left. Very knowledgable, professional and respectful of our home. We love it. Kudos and 5 stars for Josh and Precision Garage Doors.

Excellent company. They send you email with the technician coming to do the work for you. Jordan Wallace has done work for us on two occasions. He replaced the eye on our garage door and it lasted almost a year. Today he replaced the garage door opener, which was on its last legs. He was here on time, he repaired and installed the new garage door opener, quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We would highly recommend this company and Jordan as your technician. Thank you Precision Garage Door service.

My spring broke on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning and got an appointment within 2 hours for the same day. BRAD RAMBO was my technician and was GREAT!! Brad called me to say he was on the way and arrived on time. He checked out the whole door assembly, parts and pieces. Everything he found was fully explained to me. There were a few parts that also needed to be replaced as well. Brad was very efficient in gathering the new parts and installing them. Brad made the repairs look easy. After Brad was done the door worked just like new with a warranty on the new parts.

Our garage made a large noise and I contacted Precision. They came out immediately and explained our options. We chose to go with a new door that was installed today. Our technician Cesar Velasquez came out on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and provided excellent service! I would highly recommend Precision!

Precision has been an overall good experience to deal with as a company, but Charles S was by far the best of three different technicians I have worked with. Did not leave my house until 9:30 pm on a Saturday and was very informative and friendly. Got me back up and running quickly and also made me aware of possible trouble shooting issues on equipment that was not installed by Precision in the first place. This guy deserves a raise.

Our garage door would not open due to one of the large commercial grade springs breaking - on a Saturday morning. The door is very heavy and is a single door for a 2 car wide garage. Lifting it manually was not possible due to the weight, so our cars were not coming out until the door was fixed. Precision was able to send Pat Steven on Sunday and Pat recommended a better solution to our current configuration. He was able to complete the reconfiguration in a few hours and completely solved our immediate problem and also improved the robustness so future issues can be avoided. Pat's attention to detail was excellent and we really felt like he treated our system as if were his own. 5 star, excellent experience!

I would highly recommend Precision. My trouble began on a Saturday morning and I expected to have to wait until Monday for service. They had a very knowledgeable and personable technician at my home in a couple of hours. Their truck was well stocked with parts and what was originally thought to be something simple turned out to be more than what I expected. Their truck technician took time to show me what had caused the problem and he offered several cost options. I appreciated his thoroughness. Since I am elderly and handicapped I appreciated his explanations and understanding.

Cesar (technician) from Precision installed my new garage door. He was very professional and thorough. Cesar explained what to do to keep my garage door in perfect shape after installation. The garage door was of the utmost quality. My neighbors say I was getting a new garage door, stopped and asked Cesar for a business card. I enjoyed my entire experience with Precision Garage and will definitely recommend them to others. I'll also be buying my garage door opener soon from them. Awesome service.

Brian replaced the torsion spring on my garage door as well as other moving parts that were adding resistance to the mechanism. He also gave me maintenance tips to to make sure it lasts longer. I am happy with the quality of work. Service was very prompt as well. I will use them again for maintenance.

I called around 2 pm and got a appointment the same day for between 4 and 8 pm. The technician was here around 4:30 pm and did a full inspection of the door. Not just what I called about. He gave me the results of the inspection with 3 options of work to have done. I chose just to have the inside wall mount opener button replaced that was no working at this time. The technicians name was Josh Crudup. He was vary nice, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I was not pressured into haven't more done that I could afford at this time. I will definitely call precision garage door again for any future repairs

Garage door spring broke suddenly yesterday evening. Booked an appointment online. Charles S was prompt and got here at 8AM. Did a great job with replacing all moving parts on our 20 year old garage door. Better than new! Thank you Charles and Precision Garage door for very prompt service and a great job!

I called Precision this morning wanting some maintenance done on my garage doors. They were both squeaky and didn't seem easy to open anymore. Tim Mason came out in about 2hrs. He adjusted my tracks. Replaced wheels. Adjusted springs and more. They work effortlessly now and I couldn't be happier. Will be calling them for all my garage door needs from now on. What a very professional establishment with very professional individuals working for them.

Jeff G , my Service man thoroughly inspected my lift mechanism and found the aging system needed Major parts replaced. He showed me where my system failed, the reason for the repairs and the cost involved. He proceeded to complete the work in a very efficient manner.
