Pat and Cameron were very friendly and seemed to know exactly What needed to be done and fixed it in a timely manner The cost was a little more then I expected but I gJess nowadays everything is costly. Precision was the best! We had an odd size garage door that was old and needed replacing, they did a special order for us! Our tech, Steven that came out was very professional and courteous! After finishing he explained everything he did and showed me how to operate and properly maintain the new door and garage door opener, he hauled all the old door and parts away and cleaned everything! A+++ Precision!!!

Called Precision for replacing a damaged door. Cesar the technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Before he started he explained the steps involved. This helped in knowing just how much was involved, His workmanship was outstanding and he finished on time and left the job spotless. Would call them again for any garage door issue.

I contacted Precision Garage Door Service to service and address issues I was having with my garage door. The garage door was installed during the time the house was built in 2001. I contacted Precision in 2009 to install a new garage door opener and they identified other minor service items (oiling the springs, etc.,) that needed to be addressed to extend the life of the garage door. This year (June 2025), I managed I managed to knock one of the door opener sensors out of place and was now having problems with lowering the door using the remote. I was able to schedule an appointment to have a service technician right away. Pat Stevens was the service tech who came out to assess the problem. Pat was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The issues I was experiencing were resolved by Pat in minutes. Although there were other age of garage related items I needed to address a year or two from now, I decided to have these items addressed while he was here. I highly recommend Pat Stevens and Precision Garage Door Service for your garage door repairs and garage door opener inspection or installation needs. If you are in need of a new garage door, Precision can assist you with this need as well.

Shout out to precision door for the prompt response to my garage door issue. Made the call and they were repairing my door less than two hours later. My garage door springs broke on me two days ago. I reached out to precision garage doors. They respond right away and sent that technician out the very next day. He came in, looked over everything and gave me the best possible for my action that we should take which I think was very helpful. He talked me through everything that he was about to do and what I can expect after he get finished I was very much With the work that he did and look forward to working with him again to install a new motor, but he was very professional. When the spring broke on our garage door, we called Precision Garage Door and they sent a technician out that same day. Jordan Wallace came out and appraised the situation, gave us a price, and returned the next day with the proper parts. Within 45 minutes , he had completed the repairs. He was right on time both days, efficient, friendly, and easy to work with.

After the initial examination of the door, the Technician Mark was helpful in explaining what the problem was along with the parts that would have to be replaced to make the garage door operable. After discussing my options, he gave me a price along with a time frame for repairs. He completed the job within the estimated time. My installer Stefan did a great job. He called while enroute to tell me when he would arrive and when through the details of what the job entailed. When completed, we went through all the features and programmed my keypad and car opener, and cleaned up. Very satisfied!

Very happy to have Precision Garage Door available on weekend to replace garage opener battery backup. Though utility power had not been lost recently, the battery started beeping 'low' charge every 30 seconds. High garage ceiling and too short ladder made it impossible to DIY. Were not sure how old the battery was other than it was some time since it was installed so expected replacement. Precision Garage Door scheduled a service call same weekend! Excellent team led by Jeff G. replaced the battery and inspected the door and opener. He explained about wear found and suggestions for replacements. Excellent customer service and friendly, courteous service. Mission accomplished--a correct new battery was installed and wall remote control programmed. Thank you Precision Garage Door!
