Joey fixed 4 issues for me today. He listened well, asked good questions, and diagnosed the problems quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, explained everything well and offered his recommendations on each of the four issues. The price was reasonable! I definitely recommend Precision Door of SW and Mid Michigan He showed up on time, called to let me know he was 20 minutes away. Awesome Repair person and Great Guy.

Door installation took about 2 hours. Tech, Joe, arrived after a call. Replaced opener and rollers. Installation looks good, door is a lot quieter, original 35 year old Craftsman was stuck in position.

Mr. Pat Stevens was very professional. He was kind and courteous. He let me go on about my nieces without missing a beat when answering all my questions, as well as giving me additional care instructions on how to care for it in the winter. He informed us on springs that we needed to keep an eye on because we added padding/winterizing to the garage door, we didn’t know that it could change the actual weight of the door. The Technician Brian was extremely professional and courteous. He explained all of the functions and features of our new garage door opener. He ran several tests and made sure that our opener opened and closed properly. He never made us feel rushed and wouldn't leave until we felt comfortable with all of its functions.
