Amazing service! I called on a Saturday afternoon and they sent a service tech out within 2 hours. Tyler was professional, took us step by step of what needed to be done with the garage door and walked us through the final work. He completed the repair today. Jeremy Parish was the technician repairing our overhead garage door. He explained in detail what needed to be repaired and why, and also what could be done to make our garage door operated better, smoother and quieter. Jeremy worked efficiently and had our garage door running again in no time. Precision Garage Door of West Michigan has timely and good communication. I called Precision after my spring broke, and they were able to send someone out that same day. Tyler did a great job assessing my garage door issues, compiling recommendations, and taking the time to thoroughly review them with me so I could choose the best option. We chose to move forward with a full door replacement and they were able to schedule an installation appointment for me within 48 hours. Stephen installed a fantastic new door with all the works, even in rainy weather. Our family's satisfaction with the work that was provided today by your service technician Jon Consiglio was a perfect 11 (on a scale of 1-10). He went beyond the call of duty and was very thorough in finding not only the root cause of our initial problem but after repairing this primary cause of our problem his inspection informed us how that initial wear and tear malfunction had created other wear and tear facets over the entire functionality of both garage doors. He did an exceptional job inspecting our garage doors which were installed back in 1991 when our home was built. Everything he did today has technically updated both garage doors and based on his proactive meticulous service this should enable them to last for several more years of quality performance. Before leaving he left us his personal cell phone number and invited us to call with any concerns or questions that may come up. He is a true example of a professional and exemplifies your company's quality of service! My wife and I were extremely pleased having Jon taking care of our needs. If all of your service technicians are like Jon they deserve a raise. Bravo! I enjoyed meeting a man like him who wants to do his best and satisfy his customers needs.
