Connor showed up early and was very knowledgeable and helpful. he replaced my garage door opener in about an hour. He did not try and up sell me either.

Had an emergency with the garage door and they were able to get out and unfortunately I needed a new one but they had it installed before I could even get home. My wife stayed home and waited for him and they sent a picture of the tech which I really enjoyed cuz I could forward that to her I would recommend them.

I was delighted to have Jeremy Parish come to my home this afternoon and replace my garage door opener. It took less time than I thought it would, and the new door opener works so much better than the old one ever did! Jeremy was easy to talk to, and he did a great job explaining what was wrong with my old one and why it needed to be replaced - he was very kind and knowledgeable and didn't apply any pressure when it came to sales. Jordan came to fix a non working opener. He went above and beyond. The opener was very old and non functional. He replaced it, reprogrammed it, adjusted and lubricated the door as well as bringing the panel down to my eye level. Thanks for a job well done in a speedy manner. Wow! We just want to say that our experience with Precision Garage Door, specifically, Jeremy Parish, was so on point. Our door broke on Friday night with our cars inside the garage and no way to get them out. It was going to be a long weekend. We started planning and rearranging work and other appointments for Monday because we figured that would be the earliest someone could be out to fix it. Wrong. Called Precision before 8 am on Saturday morning and they scheduled a tech for us by noon. Jeremy was on time, so personable and polite. He gave us a good estimate and got to working on replacing all the parts right away. He had the door open and working by 2. No way!!! He did a bang up job for us and left us with a big smile on our faces. Way to go, Jeremy!!! Excellent representative of your company!!! Thank you for helping us out! 100 stars review from us!

We built a house four years ago and have had nothing but issues with the garage door due to poor installation. Our garage door became stuck and several parts were completely worn down. I called Precision Garage in the morning and they were able to come in the early afternoon. Jeremy arrived and was knowledgeable and thorough with his assessment and recommended repairs. After Jeremy finished the repairs, I was amazed at the difference in our garage door. All of the creaks and issues we had were no longer present and our garage door now opens and closes as if it were new. I am thrilled with the craftsmanship and repairs that were done!

Jeremy Parish was exceptional in the performance of his Technician/Customer Service responsibilities. He clearly explained the options for service, repair and replacement of our garage door. Jeremy performed a thorough inspection of all the garage door assembly, which revealed the excessive wear of bearings, tracks and cables. Jeremy demonstrated a great depth of knowledge, as he explained the safety related and other repairs needed, of not only the spring, but also of the related garage door parts and accessories needing replacement. I came home shortly after lunch and saw a cable hanging outside the door. I contacted Precision to see how soon they could repair this cable. Their website was fantastic and I was able to get a service slot the same day (within the hour) and was emailed a confirmation immediately. Shortly after that I received a photo of who was coming along with additional information to get me taken care of. 30 minutes later I received a call from Jordan Houser letting me know he would be there in 30 minutes. He was prompt and professional. Fantastic experience and service!
