3/28/2024 – Every part of my interaction with this company was good. Quick response to my call, same day appt., Tyler (our technician) spent time diagnosing the issues and gave me 3 different options to fix. As soon as I made a decision he got to work, installed the new door opener, cleaned up and then spent a considerable amount of time showing me how to operate my new door and all of the cool features. He was thorough, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with.

2/12/2024 – Same day appointment was exactly what I needed, and no emergency up charge.The tech, Tyler Kerry, showed up on time, was very nice, presented me with 3 repair options and explained each one thoroughly, and did the repair I chose same day. I definitely will use this company again!

1/16/2024 – Tyler K. From Precision Door was great! He did a fantastic job getting our garage door up and working again even though it was late in the day and frigidly cold outside. He identified the issue and completed the work quickly and provided thorough explanations in a friendly and approachable manner.

1/14/2024 – Tyler was amazing! Braved blizzard and frigid temperatures to fix our garage door on a Sunday morning! Very friendly and professional! I would highly recommend him & Precision Door!
