5/8/2025 – WOW!!! I got a second time working with Jon Consiglio. The first time he diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener. I really liked him and he did such a great job. Because of the way the openers were attached to our doors (not done by Precision) the top panels of both of our doors became damaged and being 12yr old doors they could not be replaced. We decided to call Precision to get an estimate (which was free) and to my surprise I was able to get Jon again. Also to my surprise he came out the next day, a Saturday, after I called Friday afternoon. I couldn’t asked for better info on what I needed, what I could get, how long it would take to get them, how long it would take to install them and a rough idea of the cost which was pretty close to actual cost. Next is Benjamin the installer. He came out on time, very smart at his job, also very nice person. For us he did an excellent job of installation. Overall we are really happy with Precision and highly Recommend them.

3/27/2025 – Our family’s satisfaction with the work that was provided today by your service technician Jon Consiglio was a perfect 11 (on a scale of 1-10). He went beyond the call of duty and was very thorough in finding not only the root cause of our initial problem but after repairing this primary cause of our problem his inspection informed us how that initial wear and tear malfunction had created other wear and tear facets over the entire functionality of both garage doors. He did an exceptional job inspecting our garage doors which were installed back in 1991 when our home was built. Everything he did today has technically updated both garage doors and based on his proactive meticulous service this should enable them to last for several more years of quality performance. Before leaving he left us his personal cell phone number and invited us to call with any concerns or questions that may come up. He is a true example of a professional and exemplifies your company’s quality of service! My wife and I were extremely pleased having Jon taking care of our needs. If all of your service technicians are like Jon they deserve a raise. Bravo! I enjoyed meeting a man like him who wants to do his best and satisfy his customers needs.

2/9/2025 – Precision door Company was very professional took the time to explain what they found and gave us three options of what could be done Jon the repair person explain things that we could understand what was happening why the door wasn’t going up and down. This is the first time we’ve used this garage door company and we were very pleased with the performance and the outcome. Please call this company if you need a garage door repair!

1/28/2025 – Jon was an excellent representative of your company. He valued the expertise of his work, as it showed many times. Recommending your company and your employee Jon, to everyone that needs garage door service.

1/14/2025 – Precision took great care of us. Our technician, John, was professional, thorough and very personable. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

10/17/2024 – Can’t say enough good about Jon the technician who came out to our house. Great personality, a joy to talk too, very smart at his job, and totally found the problem with our door opener. Highly recommended by us and would call on him again.

10/12/2024 – Jon was our technician. Top notch work and very informative. Everything that was wrong and all the work he did was explained in detail. Would definitely use this company again.

9/30/2024 – Jon went above and beyond! A very helpful and friendly guy. He cleaned things he didn’t really need to clean, lubed things he wasn’t even here to take care of and described everything he did in detail. I would have this guy back in my garage in a heartbeat!!!

7/23/2024 – The torsion spring on my garage door snapped. I called Precision Garage Door of West Michigan and requested a repair. They were able to schedule the repair for the next day. The Service Technician, Jon C. arrived within the service time window, then assessed the fault. He went over the repair estimate and ensured that all my questions and concerns were resolved before starting the repair. Jon C. was friendly, professional, and courteous. He replaced and set the new torsion spring in less than 30-minutes. The entire service took less than an hour. I am very satisfied with the work performed by Precision.

6/4/2024 – Jon was very professional. He explained everything in detail that he was doing and why the door wasn’t working. Fixed in no time and then answered all my questions after. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of West Michigan to anyone who needs them.

4/15/2024 – Jon Consiglio was a great tech. He explained everything to me and my wife that needed to be done with no pressure at all. this is my first time using this company and I’m excited for the future. Once my technician comes back to repair my garage door. He deserves 10??’s.

3/17/2024 – Jon from Precision Door was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and professional. If every service guy were like him this world would be a better place.
