1/12/2024 – Jeremy Parish was extremely helpful and fixed my garage door in an hour or so after my spring broke and locked my car in the garage. They came out same day, were super helpful and I would definitely use them again.

12/14/2023 – We had a garage door spring break. We called Precision and Jeremy the technician came right out. He explained everything to us, and had everything fixed and working in no time. Excellent customer service, from the time I called their office number, to the time Jeremy got to our house, and fixed everything. It was very seamless and I can’t thank Jeremy or Precision enough. Thank you

11/11/2023 – Jeremy, the technician, was very friendly and professional at the same time. He studied our problem and offered the solution. Not only did he replace our garage door opener, he programmed all of our after-market door openers. He also lubricated the hinges and rollers on the door. He took one look at the rubber seal on the bottom of our garage door and let us know he could replace it, as it was badly worn. We had been told that was not a possibility before, so of course we had him replace that to keep little critters out. Another thing I really like about this service was the technician called to let us know when he would be arriving, and the company texted his photo to me. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

10/22/2023 – My spring broke and they were able to come same day to repair it. Customer service from Jeremy was top notch. He was easy to converse with and even took the time to go over some maintenance tips. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

10/18/2023 – Jeremy from Precision Garage Door showed up on time, did a thorough review of my current setup, offered a few different solutions, and after I made a decision on a new opener he had it installed and up and running within an hour and a half. He then walked me through how to operate my new unit and made sure I fully understood before leaving. Five star service, I would definitely recommend Jeremy and Precision Garage Door. Very happy with their service and my new unit works amazing! I love having my LiftMaster connected to my Amazon account so their drivers can leave packages safe inside my garage and not my front porch.

9/9/2023 – Jeremy was very professional and easy going. It delt like we had a friend over to help us out. Great interaction all the way throughout the process of our cars being trapped in the garage because our cables broke on a Friday night. We were out riding around town by Saturday afternoon.

9/9/2023 – The service technician, Jeremy P., was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in regards to my garage door issue. I would use this company again in a heartbeat, but I know I won’t have to for this door anyway because its all fixed, running better than ever, and guaranteed!
