8/31/25 – This was the first time I’ve used Precision, but it won’t be the last! I was truly impressed with the whole process, beginning to end. I called on a Saturday at 9 AM and by 9:50 AM, Connor was at my doorstep ready to solve the issue! The communication was absolutely incredible… far exceeded by expectations, with texts when the appointment was made, when Connor was on his way and when he arrived. The texts also included a picture of Connor for safety reasons, which I truly appreciated as a woman home alone at the time. Connor was a true professional, very courteous, knew exactly how to solve the problem, and explained what he did for future reference. He and his company truly saved the day by coming out so quickly! Highly recommend Precision and Connor!
6/17/2025 – Connor called 20 minutes prior to arriving. He was completely professional and ready to assess my garage door. He had everything needed in the truck and went right to work. The spring on the door had snapped and he took care of the issue quickly. Great service and worth the money.
