7/28/2025 – Excellent and prompt. Woke up to find a spring had broke on my garage door. Searched online and found Precision Garage Door. Was able to make an appointment for 10-12 and Austin Bectel called at 8:50 and showed up at 9. Replaced both springs within an hour. Professional, more than timely and could not be happier with this level of customer service! Recommend for any and all garage door needed!
7/16/2025 – Our tech, Austin Bectel, did a great job with his service call! He assessed the problem, gave us options on how to fix it and did a good job explaining the options, different prices, availability, etc. He showed up right on schedule and worked quickly to get the job done. Thanks Austin!
