My tech Stephen F. called to say he was coming earlier and even offered to buy me a cup of coffee on his way. He was very thorough in figuring out what the issue was with our door, because it wasn't visible to the naked eye. He kept me informed with everything he was doing until he found the problem. Everything worked out great and he was able to fix our issue. Great job!!

I would recommend this company. Technician ********************************* came out , inspected the door, listen to my concerns. He gave me three options on how my garage door could be fixed. He did not push which option was needed. This is important to me. He knew what he was doing and now my garage door works like it was new.

After getting quotes from 3 garage door companies, Precision was the only one who investigated into WHY our door failed. The wood that it was attached to split. They not only replaced the split wood, but also the wood on the opposite side. Having confidence that a job is done right is important to me. I'm so happy I went with Precision.

The technician Terrence Smith did a wonderful job installing a new garage door, motor, and keypad in extremely cold weather. He removed and cleaned up all of the debris afterwards. I appreciated that he went over the warranty and explained how to use the keypad, remotes, and maintainence of the new door.

Our garage door cable snapped in the frigid weather, taking out one of the tracks with it. Jessy made the repair quickly, and also fixed some frozen hinges on our smaller garage door. Fixed our garage door and came out in a hurry on a Sunday morning. Our tech did a great job. I felt her was honest and friendly. Fast, professional and did great work. Spring broke at 3:30pm, Called for help. Had a service tech onsite by 5pm and the door war repaired within the hour. Eric Heckroth from Precision Garage Door was professional, courteous and worked quickly to restore operation; he not only replaced a broken spring, brackets and rollers, he also adjusted the whole system and recalibrated the door opener. Impressed!

Excellent and very fast service. We called Friday evening when our coil spring broke. Their service representative, Jeff G, was here Saturday at 10 am and updated it. We had him do both doors since the other was ready to go to. Jeff has many years of experience and got the job done quickly. Excellent work. A big THANK YOU to Stefan our garage door repairman from Precision Garage door company. He was very patient and friendly and I could tell he had a lot of experience as he carefully and expertly replaced two huge springs that assist the door to go up and down. He also fixed a few other issues that will keep my door functioning properly for years to come.
