Called Percision Garage door about door trouble they came out the next day Matt was extremely give me showed me what the problem was and pointed out things that were going to be problems down the road give options for repairs completed the work quickly helped set the app up on my phone cleaned up when done and left after we were comfortable with the new door would highly recommend them

Mike came to replace the T lock on the large door on a Sunday. In addition he inspected the door and lubricated it. He took his time, which I much appreciated. He thoroughly looked over my door and explained what was wrong with it. In addition he recommended some things he thought I may want or need. At the end he walked me through everything he did. Also he mentioned the age of my door was 2012. Thst was impressive that he took the time to figure that out for me. He was highly professional for the entire process. My door is opening smoothly and the new lock is great. The company is available 7 days a week. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thanks Mike for A1 service.

I inadvertently backed in to my garage door on a Sunday. Went online Sunday evening and requested a Monday appt between 8:00-10:00am. Jeff was at my door at 8:15am. I was shocked! He helped me get my car out of the garage, and arranged installation of a new door and opener for the next morning. Terrance arrived at 8:30 am and the job was complete by 12:30. I was definitely impressed with the responsiveness and the service. I highly recommend Precision.

Steve, our technician, called well before our appointment window to see if he could arrive early. After walking us through the needed repairs, he completed the work quickly and restored our 30-year-old door in no time.
