The technician, Jordan Wallace, showed up promptly. He explained eveything in a very simple to understand way. There was no technical jargon used. There was no upselling either. A couple of recommendations were suggested only. The installation took no time at all. I am very pleased.

Our garage door was installed last year and looks amazing. Our wall mounted button stopped working a few days ago and the team from precision came out and fixed it within three hours of the call. Tyler is great and I can’t recommend he or the company enough.

Called Precision because I wanted the garage door opener working and they have never failed me each time I had them out. Tech Sean was very polite and knowledgeable. Quick to get to solution and just as fast to install and check. Would call them again and when needed buy a new door from them. Always good to have service done right and at a fair cost.

From our initial phone call with Percision Garage Door, we knew they were different than the rest. They answered the phone and scheduled our service for the next day, a Saturday, right then. On Saturday morning, Eric Heckroth our technician texted, that he was on his way, & came out early. Eric was friendly and knowledgeable and explained, in detail what was replaced and why. We had a full rebuild, 2 Powder-Coated Torsion Springs, Center, Left & Right End Bearing, Precision Green Rollers, Left & Right 10’, Torsion Cable 7’,Vertical Track 7’. All our needs were met – From the Receptionist to Eric they are very customer service oriented!

Amazing service! I called on a Saturday afternoon and they sent a service tech out within 2 hours. Tyler was professional, took us step by step of what needed to be done with the garage door and walked us through the final work. He completed the repair today. Jeremy Parish was the technician repairing our overhead garage door. He explained in detail what needed to be repaired and why, and also what could be done to make our garage door operated better, smoother and quieter. We caller precision cause our keypad got worn out. Our tech Brad didn't really push us to buy anything extra. He did a great inspection of our garage door and found couple minor things and since he was out anyways they addressed then and took care of those as well Highly enjoyed the same day service and very satisfied with their workmanship

Jeff Blehm was great! He was professional, prompt, and prepared. He called me to let me know he could come early if that worked for me. He let me know about other issues with my garage that could affect the garage door functioning and even suggested fixes for those. He was here and finished in under an hour and everything is working perfectly now. He showed me how to grease the door at the points that it needs it and how often. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

Pay Steven's showed up at 7am to fix my garage. We couldn't open or close it because the sensor was knocked off. he was able to fix it and also inform us of that incorrect placements, our builder did when installiment it.

I used this company based on the reviews. It was like going back in time to when customer service meant everything. I love my new door--it's so quiet compared to my old door. I ordered a custom door which totally upgraded the look of my entire house. I feel safer and more secure now. The employees of this company are above average. You can tell that they like working here, and it shows in all of their work ethics. They exceeded my expectations, so I am telling everyone about them. I wish that all companies were as efficient and punctual. They aren't, so it makes Precision Door look all the better. I am an entirely satisfied customer.
