Excellent service by Connor from Precision Garage Doors. He did an overall inspection of the door and explained what was needed and my options for payment. When the work was completed he showed me what needed to be done for maintenance. Very professional and friendly. Great work for the price.

Excellent service provided by Daniel. Really grateful he was able to help me with getting the correct door opener and reprogramming it. He had a very inquisitive energy which was incredibly enjoyable to be around. Great service and great company in the very quick 30minutes we spent together. I used this company based on the reviews. It was like going back in time to when customer service meant everything. I love my new door--it's so quiet compared to my old door. I ordered a custom door which totally upgraded the look of my entire house. I feel safer and more secure now. The employees of this company are above average. You can tell that they like working here, and it shows in all of their work ethics. They exceeded my expectations, so I am telling everyone about them. I wish that all companies were as efficient and punctual. They aren't, so it makes Precision Door look all the better. I am an entirely satisfied customer.

Pat Stevens was my tech today to install our new Liftmaster Garage door opener... He did a fantastic job. He was flawless when walking me thru the connectivity portion of the setup and was very knowledgeable about the system. He estimated 2 hours and was done in 1.5 hours including walking me thru the setup.. very efficient.

I called Precision after my spring broke, and they were able to send someone out that same day. Tyler did a great job assessing my garage door issues, compiling recommendations, and taking the time to thoroughly review them with me so I could choose the best option. We chose to move forward with a full door replacement and they were able to schedule an installation appointment for me within 48 hours. Stephen installed a fantastic new door with all the works, even in rainy weather. I greatly appreciated the professionalism and respectfulness of the techs and customer service that helped me schedule the initial appointment. Highly recommend!

Garage door broke on a Sunday afternoon and was able to get service the same day. Patrick called within minutes of making the appointment on line and arrived when promised. Did a great job and completed it in a couple hours. A storm passed through later that night and it felt good having the cars in the garage.

Our technician Jason Lockwood did an exceptional job of repairing our plus 15 year old garage door system. He had to replace the springs that broke that same morning as well as replacing parts in the tracking rails. The project really required a complete replacement of everything but the doors. We really appreciate his professional abilities and salute him on a job well done.

Door went at the worst time on a Sunday in the coldest part of winter. Service call came in the early evening and ultimately we needed a new door and system. The technician was awesome and an insulated door was the best decision we could have made.

I called because I thought i needed to have my garage door opener replaced. Brad Rambo looked at it and told me I didn't need a new opener but needed it fixed. He not only fixed the problem but looked at the door and did some repairs and maintenance that was needed. I now have a working opener and a much quieter working door! All this for less than half the cost of new opener!!

We had a great experience with this company. All the people we interacted with were polite and friendly - starting with the telephone operator who took my call at 9:00 pm on a Friday to the repairman who came the next morning, and to the installer of our new garage door who came a few days later. Our repair technician took the time to show us the parts that were worn, rusted and ready to break. He gave us options and answered all of our questions clearly and plainly. We decided to replace the 35 year-old door rather than repair it. The installation of the new door was fast, with minimal disruption to our household. The installer was respectful or our house and was very friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a garage door repair or replacement.
