This morning my garage door stopped working. I called Precision Garage Door Seevice & was able to book a repair appointment same day within a few hours! Mike Jolly was our technician. I would like to say thank you to Terry Smith. He is a very nice and professional, and had a nice disposition too. He achieved the work of the garage door installed, in the time that was projected. Terry explained how to work the remotes, keypads, and key lock keys. He showed me how to use the garage door spray on the 10 hinges only. He took care of all paperwork, and called his office to get bill paid receipt, to be sent thru the mail for dad and me. He was very kind and neat. Thank you so much Terry Smith.

Joey fixed 4 issues for me today. He listened well, asked good questions, and diagnosed the problems quickly and efficiently. Mr. Pat Stevens was very professional. He was kind and courteous. He let me go on about my nieces without missing a beat when answering all my questions, as well as giving me additional care instructions on how to care for it in the winter. He informed us on springs that we needed to keep an eye on because we added padding/winterizing to the garage door, we didn’t know that it could change the actual weight of the door.
