Pat Stevens was my technician and he arrived just before 8:00am on Sunday morning as stated. He replaced both the cables, which were attached to the garage door, and finished it in about 30mins. He was very professional and very knowledgeable, and also provided info on how to maintain the door, so it would remain in good working condition over time. I used a different service provider once before to repair our garage door, and he had never mentioned any of these tips, so that was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to others, and I will definitely use them again in the future, if needed.

What I appreciated about Precision Garage Doors was at the consultation when the salesman did a breakdown of what I needed and why I needed the door opener and the door itself. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door service you may need. Our technician, Steve Wells, was excellent. He arrived on time and immediately got to work replacing our 30 year old garage door opener. He was courteous explaining the options available and was upfront about the cost of each allowing for us to make an informed decision regarding replacement. Despite the extreme heat and humidity, he worked quickly and efficiently installing our new door opener. Afterwards, he took the time to explain the operation of the new opener along with assisting in setting up the mobile app associated with the new opener and how to use it.

Precision garage door provided timely response to my original request for garage door service. However, the door was beyond service and needed to be replaced. The process for this was extremely simple and a new door was scheduled within a week. The new door was installed today 7-17-25 by Joshua Abt. Joshua was very skilled at installing the door and was extremely professional. He provided all the necessary information for the new door as well as the warranty information. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door company for any garage door service or replacement.

The Precision Garage Door installer Brad Rambo did right by us throughout the entire assessment and installation process. After diagnosing the current status of our existing opener he patiently and thoroughly talked us through all potential remedies. Once a path was agreed upon he installed a brand new opener in under the time he told us upfront. He concluded by cleaning up well after himself, and then gave us a guided tour of the operation of the new Liftmaster. An altogether great performance that we really appreciated.
