After the torsion spring in my old janky garage door gave up the ghost, I called Precision Garage Door. The next day Timothy was out, explained my options, and when I chose a new insulated garage door scheduled the installation right there for me. A week later Terrance came out and couldn't have been more than a couple hours later I had a new, quiet, and most importantly, functioning garage door. I especially appreciated that he took the time to walk me through routine preventative maintenance that will keep it running smoothly for years to come.

We are very pleased with the installation, pricing, and friendly service of Precision Garage Door Co. The installer texted he would arrive early and was on time within 2 hours of the phone call. He proceeded immediately to the installation and when finished, walked us through using the remotes and the door mounted keypad entry system. The Genie garage door opener is very quiet and smooth in its operation. It was very helpful the installer showed us how and where to lubricate various parts and left the can of lubricant with us. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone seeking a new or first garage door opener. And Same Day Sudden Service was a very pleasant surprise!!!!

I normally do not give 5 star reviews as a person in the service industry I believe there is always room to improve. However, I am unable find any fault with Precision's process. I was informed garage door mechanisms need maintenance aside from lubricating moving parts. I got two quotes for the work and selected Precision for the work. The tech arrived early but I was notified via text and email. Erik was efficient, polite, and informative. I will be having them back in the fall to replace panel rollers. Definitely recommend Precision

Had a broken spring (among other issues with an older garage door) and Precision Garage Door was able to come out and repair it within a few hours of calling. Steve W. assessed the door and noticed other areas that were likely to fail soon, like the spring, and offered some options. They were able to fix the spring and replaced some other components and the door is working great! Highly recommend! Very professional and quick! We will call on them when we are ready to replace to doors in the future!

Garage door broke on Mother's Day with both my cars stuck inside and the garage door stuck closed - I called Presision, they had someone out before noon, who got the door open, freed my cars, fixed the problem (broken cable), replaced the other cable and was completed before 1pm, for a very reasonable price. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and worked hard to solve my problem quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I had an emergency on a Friday night and the tech came out very quickly and was able to secure my falling garage door. On time for all appointments; first service call even though the single service tech was not able to repair by himself, he called the office and scheduled a second service call for the next day for two techs, very professional, very caring and personal techs..if you need service on your garage door, there the ones to call. May not be the least expensive, but knew there stuff, had all the pieces and parts and quickly finished the job.
