Precision sent out service technician Steve Wells to our house. He showed us in detail the need to replace worn hardware and springs in addition to the faulty beam sensors that had us call them in for service. Steve was very professional and informative with several options addressing our needs. Steve's service truck was equipped with all the parts necessary to do the job. We authorized a repair, Steve went to work on our door, and had the job completed in an hour. I am very satisfied we called Precision.

Pat Stevens from Precision Garage was outstanding--he quickly identified that the previous owner had used low-quality parts and set up a non-standard Non-safety configuration.
