Pat Stevens came through for the win. Diagnosis and communication was clear and explained well. Pat knows all the tricks of a pro and tuned up my 20 year old garage door. A lot of moving parts were well worn out , but he had all the correct parts and options at hand to replace them. Well worth the cost and effort. Other garage door installers had budged up the job , Pat corrected these mistakes and resolved every issue

Needed a new garage door opener and ended up having the garage door hinges, springs and rollers replaced as well. The technician Dylan was outstanding. Explained everything that could be done, left it up to me, and things that should be done. He was fast, efficient and went above and beyond what was required. Steller service. As I have used Precision before I called Precision Garage Door today when garage door would not go up and noticed a broken spring. They had a tech, Alex, here within an hour. He replaced the springs and bearings, roller and cable. While I don't have any other price to compare it too I thought it was a bit high but I will believe it was in the right ball park. Alex did the work in under 1 and 1/2 hours. I would definitely call them again.

Our garage door opener stopped working so we called Precision Garage Door Service. it was later in the day so we opted for a next day appointment. Jeff arrived at 8:00 am after a phone call letting us know which was great. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and corrected a warranty problem in addition to installing a new garage door opener. He also took time to explain all the new options with this opener. We could not have been happier with this service today and highly recommend Precision.

Pat Stevens was my technician and he arrived just before 8:00am on Sunday morning as stated. He replaced both the cables, which were attached to the garage door, and finished it in about 30mins. He was very professional and very knowledgeable, and also provided info on how to maintain the door, so it would remain in good working condition over time. I used a different service provider once before to repair our garage door, and he had never mentioned any of these tips, so that was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to others, and I will definitely use them again in the future, if needed.

Both Joe and Steve arrived early, which I truly appreciated. Joe got things rolling and explained the situation so I could decide for myself. He temporarily put the old door back on track. What I appreciated about Precision Garage Doors was at the consultation when the salesman did a breakdown of what I needed and why I needed the door opener and the door itself.
