My installer Stefan did a great job. He called while enroute to tell me when he would arrive and when through the details of what the job entailed. When completed, we went through all the features and programmed my keypad and car opener, and cleaned up. Very satisfied!

Very happy to have Precision Garage Door available on weekend to replace garage opener battery backup. Though utility power had not been lost recently, the battery started beeping 'low' charge every 30 seconds. High garage ceiling and too short ladder made it impossible to DIY. Were not sure how old the battery was other than it was some time since it was installed so expected replacement. Precision Garage Door scheduled a service call same weekend! Excellent team led by Jeff G. replaced the battery and inspected the door and opener. He explained about wear found and suggestions for replacements. Excellent customer service and friendly, courteous service. Mission accomplished--a correct new battery was installed and wall remote control programmed. Thank you Precision Garage Door!

Precision sent out service technician Steve Wells to our house. He showed us in detail the need to replace worn hardware and springs in addition to the faulty beam sensors that had us call them in for service. Steve was very professional and informative with several options addressing our needs. Steve's service truck was equipped with all the parts necessary to do the job. We authorized a repair, Steve went to work on our door, and had the job completed in an hour. I am very satisfied we called Precision.

I received exceptional service from the Precision Garage Door team and couldn't be more satisfied. My garage door was malfunctioning, with broken springs that needed replacing. Pat Stevens from Precision Garage was outstanding--he quickly identified that the previous owner had used low-quality parts and set up a non-standard Non-safety configuration. Pat took the time to explain the issue, walk me through the necessary repairs, and completed the job swiftly at a very reasonable price. The entire installation was finished in just 40 minutes. I accidentally knocked my garage door out of the track on one side. We were having a garage sale the next day, so Precision sent Joey C. out that very afternoon. He was so nice, very calming, since I was freaked out! He fixed the door quickly and for a reasonable price too!! I would definitely use this company again!!!
