I am very pleased with all aspects of this job, from the estimate to scheduling and completion. I did find a couple of screws on the garage floor but not a big deal. We had a potentially catastrophic issue with one of our openers. Dalton Rhodes was sent to address our issue. Dalton calmly and professionally let me know what was wrong with not just one of my doors but all three. We decided to rebuild one door as that simply was unavoidable from a bad install. That door went through a long list of repairs and corrections. That door is now working great. We had a few maintenance issues performed on the other doors and they are now running smoother and safely. When those doors need to be replaced in the next few years, again bad install to begin with, we will go with Precision Door service and hopefully get Mr. Rhodes as the technician. Very pleased with the work and grateful for the honest assessment of the situation, possible solutions and corrective actions. Well done.

Excellent service by Jeff P. Arrived on time for an Emergency Sunday appointment at 4pm. He installed a new opener and replaced other parts on the door that were no longer in good working order. He gave us multiple options based on our specific needs and guided us on what worked best for us. At no time did we feel any pressure to purchase something more than what we needed or could afford. He answered all of my questions. His expertise and patience is what sold me on this company. The new opener is so quiet that I didn't even know it was on. I now what to replace the opener in my third door so that we have the quiet one on that door also.

He was very professional and we never felt any pressure during the sales process. We felt he had our best interest and guided us through the process of getting the new opener and helped setup the MyQ app for the whole household. He made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving our home. I would highly recommend him to all my neighbors and friends in need of garage door service. BTW, the garage door is so quiet that it sounds like my Hybrid car (no sound at all).
