Timely, courteous, capable, and super efficient. Our PGD tech (Pat) was on site within 24 hours of my call to help diagnose a door opener that failed after a power surge and outage. Three hours later, we were up and running with a new opener and all of the materials we need to process a claim with our insurance. I can’t believe he got it done in one trip. Awesome work.

Patrick was fabulous. Showed me the problem of the door hitting the garage when lift was disengaged. Faulty install from previous door company. My car was stuck inside during three day power outage. Not fun. Door is only 3-4 years old. He adjusted hinges and lubed the entire system. He is supposed to send me a quote for more permanent fix for the system. Would like that if possible before cold weather. Thanks again, Deb McGurk

After 23 years, our garage door opener stopped working. We needed same day service, we called another company and got a 'bot', we then called Precision and a real live person answered the phone. We got service the same day. Matthew came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and also pointed out that our springs were on the verge of going, and our door was cracking, something we hadn't noticed. We ended up purchasing a new opener and garage door. We would definitely recommend Precision garage door service.

Steve Wells is courteous and professional, a very pleasant person to work with. He didn't find any real issue with our garage door, which had opening/closing problems, but he slightly adjusted one piece and suggested that we replace the rollers and we agreed. Since then we haven't had problems with opening and closing the garage door. He also kindly help us set the garage door keypad, something we had wanted to work for more than 2 years.

Came right on time and called ahead to confirm. Listened to issue and gave professional opinion and gave quote for new garage door opener. Have used them before and they are fantastic. I need to think about the 3 quotes before deciding and some other factors affecting the door that possibly need addressing and will definitely if needed purchase from them. He even checked the repair made 4 years ago just to make sure that was good and it was. Michael was the best.

I contacted Precision for an emergency garage door repair. Not only were they able to make an appointment with technician the same day but the repair person arrived within 40 min of making the initial call. While I wasn't happy regarding an unplanned garage repair cost...I couldn't have been more happy with the attentiveness and assistance Precision/repair technician were able to provide. The Technician ,Shawn Durecka, in addition to being very friendly, was able to install our equipment within an hour and explained everything thoroughly. No one likes having to pay unexpected costs for home issues, but precision was able to at least provide me peace of mind for a job well done.
