1/15/2024 – Main spring snapped . Tim Mason came out from Precision Door and gave me three options for a rebuild. They were good, better, and best options — I selected the best as an upgrade to what I had that broke. Completed the job in less than 2 hours in sub zero temperatures. He was a very sharp young man. Upon completion he showed me the new system, helped me program my wall pad, went over what needed to be lubricated occasionally and what did not ever need lubrication. I would recommend Tim and the company for anyone needing garage door repair or replacement
1/7/2024 – Timothy Mason was very through and professional in his service. He explained all of the working components and how they interacted. He then gave me a list of options without advocating for any of the choices and allowed me to choose the best option for me. Tim completed the repair option I chose, went over their operation and completed the service call. I was very happy with the results and would not hesitate to use Precision’s service again.

8/30/23 – I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan. Tim the technician showed up quickly, he thoroughly explained the various options after diagnosing the problem with the garage door, and he completed the job in around an hour. The work was top quality, affordable, and my garage door has been working smoothly since he completed the service. Great job all around!

12/10/22 – Garage door spring broke called on a Friday afternoon they were able to come out first thing Saturday morning. Timothy was friendly and got the job done fast.
11/18/22 – Same day service! Tim, the technician they sent out explained what was happening, was kind and pleasant and easy to work with. If I ever have any more issues, I will be very happy to work with them again.
