1/18/2023 – Precision is great! I was glad when I called to find out we are still in their service area since we moved. I’m always able to get appointments quickly (next day, this time), and they are always here when they say they will be. Everyone I’ve spoken to and met is always very friendly and professional. Steve Wells came out today, and he happened to be someone who had come to our old house to replace our motors there. I was glad to see a familiar face, and knew we were in great hands! Steve is very friendly and efficient, and had a couple great recommendations for us in addition to what we needed done. I highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for anything they need done with their garage doors. Thanks, Steve!!

9/24/22 – I cannot that Steve enough for the work he did on my garage door— on a late Saturday afternoon. he diagnosed several issues–new springs, wheels–and completed the work in just over an hour. Communication was fantastic. Steve left a voice mail in the morning and provided an ETA. He called me again when he was 38 minutes away and arrived on time. He was professional, thorough, and warm. Steve not only explained what was at issue but demonstrated exactly where the challenges lay. I am anticipating selling my home and will now be able to share that the garage doors have been completely serviced.

7/13/22 – Precision Door Service replaced my garage door a couple of years ago and did an excellent job. When my Ryobi garage door opener failed, I could not get anyone through Home Depot to help, so I called them. They had a technician here the next day. Steve did an outstanding job replacing the opener with a new unit. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He managed the install with a minimum of fuss, set up the opener, showed me how to use it and cleaned up. Very, very pleased with PDS and while I hope I won’t require their service again for a while, I will should the need arise. Unlike Home Depot, I now know where to turn if I have issues and a five-year warranty.

7/13/22 – Steve Wells was wonderful! He problem solved my issues and fixed my door even in the sweltering heat! Steve was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Would recommends to anyone!

6/18/22 – Steve Wells came to our home today. Our garage door wouldn’t open. He troubleshot the problem and determined that the gears were stripped on the locking mechanism. He installed a new one and everything is now perfect. Steve was professional and personable. My experience was fantastic!

4/8/22 – The technician, Jeff Parkes was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He replaced one broken spring and the cables on both sides of my 35 + year old garage door. Great job!

2/4/22 – Precision Door did a great job coming to my home in a quick time frame to get my garage door fixed. One of the door springs broke, but I chose to have the complete overhaul package done to replace the springs, bearings, roller bearings and cables. The technician, Steve Wells, completed the job quickly and explained the work he performed to help me understand exactly what he did. He also demonstrated how to properly lubricate the moving components quarterly to maintain the parts. The garage door is now so much smoother and quieter. Job well done and I am happy to have had Steve complete this job. There is also a five year warranty on the parts which is great.

9/2/2021 – Steve Wells showed up on time and did a great job repairing both of my garage doors. Replacing the opener on one and the rollers on both. Cleaned up after and showed me the maintenance routine after he was finished. Very satisfied and would recommend him highly for any service on my doors.

8/28/21 – Our garage door stopped working and Steve Wells from Precision came right away! He was friendly and professional! He installed a brand new garage door opener quickly and gave us the works for a great price. We will always use Precision moving forward. They really know their stuff!

7/9/21 – We have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service twice now and have been extremely satisfied both times. Most recently, Steve replaced and programmed a unit for us. He was on time, professional and efficient. What more can you ask for? We will be using them again if the need arises.

The quote was quick with multiple options, Steve Wells had the equipment and installed it within a short amount of time. Great service, zero issues, and what mattered most is that I spent a total of maybe 10 minutes in calling, discussing my options with Steve and providing payment. Very happy with the belt opener, MyQ App, sensors, remotes and keypads! Would highly recommend!

4/30/21 – Had a very good experience. My technician, Steve Wells, was prompt, efficient and knowledgable. I definitely recommend Steve and Precision in general.

4/10/21 – Our garage door broke (spring) on a Thursday night. Immediately Emailed Precision Door. They were there the next day at 2:00….thats impressive. Steve Wells kindly guided and educated us through our many options. In the end, we elected to go for a new door, which Steve helped in our selection process. Steve was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about his profession. We simply did what he recommended…no brainer. This is not my first go round with Precision Door. I've used them on a number of occasions and have always received outstanding service (I've never had to double check their work). As previously mentioned, their promptness is above and beyond what one would normally expect when placing a service call. Precision Door knows how to do business…from start to finish. Great company!

6/11/19 – Had an emergency call out to Precision Garage Door and Steve Wells, technician, was sent out to do the repair work. Steve was up for a challenge because we have a very heavy wooden door. He was professional, patient and made sure everything was in working order. I highly recommend Steve!

5/29/19 – I scheduled a service call on Memorial Day using the Chat feature which was incredibly efficient and prompt. The appt was scheduled for today between 10 am and 2 pm. I received a phone call from the service technician Steve Wells who told me he would be at my place by 10:30 am. When he arrived he performed a visual inspection pointing out to me several issues which could be replaced along with the broken spring. Since we are planning on staying in our home for several more years I listened intently to the various plans available for me. I ultimately chose the best plan of the 3 as it would update all existing equipment to heavier hardware and provide me with a 2 year warranty. Steve made all of the updates in a very timely and efficient manner. He was pleasant to work with and made certain I understood all aspects of what he planned to do before he started. After it was completed he reviewed all changes and made certain I was pleased with the job. I would definitely call Precision Door again in the future and if possible request Steve to be the technician.
