1/4/2024 – Steve and Darrell came and installed a new garage door for me and their work was just outstanding. They were super organized, worked as a professional team and did just an outstanding job on the installation. After installing the new door, they made sure that I knew about lubrication, operation, what to do if something happens like a power failure, etc. They really have pride in their work and it shows in the finished product. When they were finished, they made sure that the area was cleaner than they found it which was a real plus. I am exceedingly happy with their work and the new Precision Garage Door.

9/1/23 – Awesome door, but super awesome technician, Steve Franklin, was so knowledgeable and easy to understand about everything we needed to know for our new awesome garage door. I thought he was an educator from his teaching style. If he isn’t training others, he should be. He wasn’t finished until he knew we understood everything. Well done, Steve!!

11/17/22 – I just want to thank Precision Garage Door Southeast Michigan. They was extremely helpful with our new Garage and opener. I will highly recommend them and if you want a technician to install them for you. I recommend Steve Franklin the Lead Installer because with his experience and expertise. He will walk you through your new Garage what to do and not to do , he’s very friendly and extremely helpful. If you have any concerns and questions which he will ask right after he walked you through your new Garage. If you want a specific technician, Steve Franklin is the guy. Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan; he is y’all best technician lead installer and keeper. Thanks again Steve, you were more than great! 10/26/22 – Steve represents your company very well. He went to work right away. He stayed at work till the job was done. He cleaned everything up. He was very polite when he came to the door. He asked permission to enter as I am challenged and sitting on my walker at the back door. The young man is a credit to your organization. Thank you for your service

10/1/22 – Steve arrived on time after calling ahead and did an amazing job getting our garage door repaired. Everything was neat and organized when he wrapped up and I was so appreciative he could make the repair on a Saturday.

8/30/21 – I just wanted to let you know how incredibly happy I was with Steve’s work today. I have never had a better installation of….anything! He arrived early, was the happiest and nicest person I’ve almost ever met–both on the phone and in-person, and he is super knowledgeable. He obviously loves his job, and I was so happy to have him there. He did the installation quickly and easily, and took lots of time to explain to me how everything works, go over maintenance…he is literally fantastic–you guys are so lucky to have him!!

8/10/21 – Steve worked quickly to install the new garage doors. He was informative regarding performance and maintenance of the new doors. An excellent technician.

7/14/2021 – Great experience with Precision Garage Door! The initial visit and ordering of the door was quick and easy. Due to COVID we had to wait a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait. Steve and his trainee Shawn installed the door today and went over all of the operational features of the door and opener. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

7/8/21 – Steve the technician was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Door was installed in good time & we were given clear maintenance instructions. Office called again 48 hours after installation to confirm we were satisfied with the job. Well done.

Helped program external opener Explained all safety features and maintenance items very thorough and professional I would recommend Precision Garage door to my Neighbors and friends a great experience from first phone call to job completed.
