10/14/25 – First, and foremost, I appreciated the fact that Precision had a live person answering the phone. Not an automated system. My technician was in immediate communication with me once my service order was placed. Matthew Boutin, was very professional as he showed me what the issues with my garage system were. He even went so far as to tell me what each part’s role was with my system. Matthew provided several quotes, with great detail, so that I could make an educated decision. Once my choice was made, Matthew got right to work and finished the job to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Precision and Matthew in the future. I had a very pleasant experience from call to finish. Thanks Matthew!!!!!!!

5/11/2025 – My technican Matt, gets a 20 out 10. 🙂 He was amazing and oh so professional and friendly. He arrived at my appointment on time, accessed the job and installed a new garage opener (not what I wanted to hear) with an hour as promissed. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with product knowledge. I would recommend his company Precision Garage Door for all your garage door needs!

5/2/2025 – Wowza! What great service! Matt B. Took the time to explain what I needed, beyond the obviously broken spring, and why. Since I previously had my garage door serviced three times in less than 10 years, what Matt taught me about my door made perfect sense. Once Matt completed the work, the first thing I noticed was how quietly and smoothly the door now operated. From my initial call to Precision Garage Doors to the completed job, everyone was helpful, professional, and kind.
