My garage door was very noisy and some of the rollers had come out of the tracks. Jeremy Parish was the repair technician and he analyzed all the problems I had with my door and suggested several repair options to consider. I chose the best option and he completed all the repairs in an expert and professional manner. My door is now quiet and working perfectly. Thank you Jeremy.

Was able to get repairs the same day I called. Technician called ahead and arrived exactly when he said. Repair was completed within a couple hours. This is the second time I've used Precision and couldn't be more pleased. If only all small businesses could operate like this .

Precision Garage Door Sent Austin Bectel for service garage door not opening Austin looked at the door and discovered a wire chewed causing door not to open. He repaired the wires and realigned the electric eyes . Door works great! Very efficient, knows product and was quick to find out what was wrong with door not opening. My garage door broke. I called another company but they said it would be two days before they could fix it. So I called Precision Garage Door. WOW! Less than 30 minutes the repair person was here. And 30 minutes later he had the new cables installed, one on each side. And the price was extremely reasonable. Precision Garage Door. You just became my favorite garage door company!

Excellent and prompt. Woke up to find a spring had broke on my garage door. Searched online and found Precision Garage Door. Was able to make an appointment for 10-12 and Austin Bectel called at 8:50 and showed up at 9. Replaced both springs within an hour. We had a broken spring on our garage door and called at about 5pm on Tuesday evening and they set an appointment for 8 am on Wednesday morning with Tyler. He was very prompt and saw the issue and took care of it quickly and was very helpful with questions and future care of the door.
