Wow! You don’t get service like that anymore! I booked an appointment online at 1:00 pm. It took a minute or less to do. There was an opening yet today between 4-6 pm. Austin was able to get here by 3:30. He reviewed the problem, took a picture on his iPad and showed me. It was not repairable ( 21 year old chain system). He installed a new system ( door itself was fine) and was gone at 4:45 pm. He was efficient, super friendly, confident and knowledge. He gave some pointers on replacing the weatherstrip and oiling the springs. He walked me through the new system and how to use. Such a pleasure to do business with!

Our garage door spring decided to break on a holiday weekend Sunday. Both cars trapped in the garage! I called Precision and the call was immediately picked up by Charlla (sp.) who was super understanding and very efficiently collected all the needed information. Connor called about an hour later to tell us he was on his way. He immediately went to work and within about an hour we were back in business! Very impressed with Precision's operation from beginning to end. We could even follow a link to see where Connor was before he got here, how far away in minutes and miles! Connor was super, well dressed, clean, articulate and knew exactly what he was doing from beginning to end! Glad I made the call I did! Would do it again anytime!

Precision Garage Door Service provided us with excellent care and service. They responded that same day - a Saturday - and ****** ****** was the technician. He was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us some great instructions for improving the functioning and life of our garage door. During the inspection, which most garage door companies don't offer, ****** discovered that one of the main bolts securing the door opener spring was missing. That could have been a real disaster! He repaired it quickly and efficiently. And the price of the entire service was very reasonable. We recommend this company 100%!

Jordan H was ahead of schedule so called me to see if it was OK for him to come earlier. That was actually great for my schedule. He was programming a couple of placement remotes for me, but since he was here, he checked to see that the garage door he installed last year was still working well, and applied the oil to the track. I highly recommend him and Precision.

Great experience with Precision! I called at 10:15 am for an unexpected garage door repair. The scheduler could offer me a time slot immediately for 10 am - Noon, which I happily accepted. My technician, Jordan, called when he was on the way and he arrived within about an hour of my call to schedule. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with answering my questions. He gave me extra time to think over the options. Jordan went over everything with me ahead of time, and again afterwards, and I felt like he wanted to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. This is the second time I have had Jordan out for service, and both times were 5 star experiences. I'll definitely be calling Precision again in the future. Highly recommend! Thanks, Jordan!

Had an emergency with the garage door and they were able to get out and unfortunately I needed a new one but they had it installed before I could even get home.
