We have used precision garage door before for a new door at our other property in the SE Michigan area, and had a great experience with that technician and their service/quality of work. So I used them again today, and the 2 techs were courteous, professional, listened to me, knowledgeable, gave me options (even for cheaper options), explained latest technology available etc. I’m getting a brand new 2 car garage door installed. Pricing seemed reasonable. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for garage door work.

Josh Crudup was the lead technician who arrived to check out my current system. Josh and Matt were courteous the entire time and Josh explained everything he recommended and then wrote up 3 different quotes for me to consider. I never felt pressured by Josh at any time during the visit. I ended up choosing a full replacement insulated door & opener and feel that I made the right decision. Cannot wait for my new door to come in and to have Precision back to install the new system.

Very easy to book, they had available appointments that worked around my work schedule. They showed up on time, I was given reminders and notified who would be here. Joey Celski was my tech, he was polite and knowledgeable and completed the repairs timely and showed me how everything should be working, he did a thorough job looking at the opener/door and went above and beyond to show me how to keep the door functioning properly by using the appropriate lubricant. I had tried to call our local garage door company and was told they didn't have any appointments "they were very busy" but would call me when something opened up with no time-frame for that to happen. I was very glad I booked repairs with Precision Garage Door, and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you!!

1 star because I couldn’t give zero. Instantly the technician tried to upsell. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Tried to “educate” me on prices since 2018. I would call anybody else before precision. Had another technician come over 10 mins after and quoted me $250 on the job - Precision said it would start at $2500.

I used them for my door replacement. I closed the door on my car so the bottom was damaged and will be replaced. It is fixed enough for the wait for the part and install. Very helpful fellow.

I just moved into a new home and wanted to complete some preemptive maintenance to ensure the garage door would not be an issue for my wife and I. I know that springs in particular have a limited lifespan. So I searched the internet first local garage door specialists and decided on Precision Garage Door to complete the work. A day later Precision was at my house and did a thorough inspection. As I suspected, the springs were a bit “saggy” and had some miles on them. The team also identified a couple other areas that could present issues in the future and put together a plan and quote to address them. After agreeing to the work they started right away. It was very nice that they stock everything on their trucks which meant all the work could be completed with just a single visit. The guys complete the work, went through everything they did and showed me how smooth and quiet my newly renovated garage door was now. I feel the Precision Garage Door was quick to respond, thorough in the work they performed, and very customer focused. The net result is that I am a happy camper.
