9/2/22 – I purchased a custom garage door package several years ago. From procurement to installation, and periodic maintenance, the Precision Team is excellent, very helpful; every time. Service Tech Jason has been a repeat repairman for my doors thru the years. The same guy each time. That kind of employee retention tells me that Precision is good people, with good culture. I highly recommend this team.

5/24/22 – Technician Jason was prompt, courteous, explained what needed to be done and why. He gave me options and explained what those options covered as well as the warranties. Jason was professional, friendly, made certain I understood what was being done and offered information as to what might be needed to be repaired in the next few years. I would definitely recommend and plan to replace the motor and remote in the near future. PRECISION DOOR SERVICE will be my company of choice.

2/8/22 – Outstanding service! Same day response with all required parts on the service truck. Provided 3 pricing options to choose with a thorough breakout of each option. No sales pitch, just straight forward, professional business. Highly recommend this company. Jason is polite, professional and skilled in his work. Springs, bearings and rollers- 1hr in and out.

12/18/21 – Jason Landis diagnosed the problem and explained to us that the motor had failed. He recommended in detail a replacement for the bad motor. He was very approachable and pleasant. He answered all our questions and we decided to let him go ahead with his recommendation and replace the bad motor and get our garage door functioning again. He did a good job and upon completion he explained to us how the new motor of the Garage Door functions and programmed for us two remote controls. We were pleased with his service and will recommend him.

11/13/21 – I called Precision with an issue with my garage door and they came out within a day and within an hour my tech, Jason, had completed the job to perfection and even did an extra little job for me by installing an outdoor keypad garage opener. Ten stars!!!

10/5/21 – Precision Doors was prompt and very professional same day repair. Jason my technician was very knowledgeable and kind he took his time to show me the issues and repaired them quickly.

8/31/21 – Jason the technician was GREAT, very nice and he was godsend.

8/5/21 – Very few companies offer same-day service, let alone same-day/late-day/SUNDAY service. But, Precision does that. They do everything. And they do it all very well!

4/11/2021- Want to talk about professionalism? Jason from Precision Garage Doors was THE MOST professional installer that has ever worked at my property. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, safe and accountable! He explained every single step as he went to make sure our family knew what was going on. Covid protocol was followed. The garage was repaired less than 12 hours after it broke and I have to thank precision

1/3/21 – Tried to close my garage Friday night and the garage door coil came undone and the garage came down at an angle and stopped. I found precision garage door on a web search and notice 24/7 support. I web chatted with an employee and she was very helpful and set up an appointment the next day at 8 am. 12/13/20 – There are things in life that you just take for granted. Like your garage door…and not that device placed in the middle of the ceiling that pulls it open or pushes it closed.

I’m talking about what’s attached to the door i.e., springs, cables, rollers and tracks. They’re just there and always ready to go to work when you push the button in your car or on the wall in the garage.

Except when they don’t. Life seems to change radically in an instant. Your Feng Shui is all out of whack because your mind tells you that you can’t get in or out. Where do you park your car when it’s late at night? That kind of stuff.

Well, that’s where Precision Garage Door comes into play. Before the next business day rolls around you stare at the ceiling all night long and you have to wait till the next morning and hope you can find a place that has an immediate dispatch that can resolve the issue and open up your world again.

That’s when Jason Landis and the group at Ann Arbor’s Precision got to work. Let’s put it this way …a phone call was made at 9:20am and Jason showed up at 10:25am. Jason alleviated all those crazy feelings you get when the tradesmen comes to your house for the first time, you anticipate charges of $3 million or more or anything that would exceed your budget. The number Jason supplied was music to my ears! All because I immediately trusted Jason, and not so much the fair price he quoted, but his sense sense of character … the kind of guy that you think you remember from your childhood, sort of as if he was always part of your gang. Simply a great guy and the kind of tradesman you’d welcome in your home anytime.

I have to enthusiastically recommend this group for anything and everything to do with your garage door, as well as its crazy cables and springs and all the things that you never thought of before.

I highly encourage you to move forward instantly with this group. In fact, unprompted by my neighbor, when he saw the Precision truck parked next to my garage said “you picked the right guys over there at Precision.” Indeed, I did.
