Every part of my interaction with this company was good. Quick response to my call, same day appt., Tyler (our technician) spent time diagnosing the issues and gave me 3 different options to fix. As soon as I made a decision he got to work, installed the new door opener, cleaned up and then spent a considerable amount of time showing me how to operate my new door and all of the cool features. He was thorough, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Jon serviced my whole garage door system with a safety inspection, and replaced the center bearing and the two torsion springs with professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to go over his work with me, tips on how to continue to maintain the function of the garage door, and inform me of parts that may need to be replaced in the future. Using the website - very simple , easy and nice. Garage door broke in the morning went on the web site in the after and had an appointment on a Saturday (no extra charge) for later that evening. Jeremy P showed up explained the problem, gave a quote and within the hour if was fixed. I would highly recommend Precision to any of my friends.

I called at 12:30 p.m. I was able to get a service call here at 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. The man showed up at 3:00 p.m. and had all the parts , had the estimates and was great! Polite, nice and informed. Definitely would recommend them! Plus the fact we had a snow storm today and it was not friendly out side.

I had a 30 year old sagging clunking while opening garage door. Called Precision and was seen the same day for a repair job. The tech was very straight forward. Said he could fix the door but it was a band-aid repair with another needed in the future. No pressure from him to purchase a new door. I decided nothing to be gained by waiting so I went with ordering a new one. On delivery while unpacking, it was discovered by the installer (Benjamin Gebolys) that a panel(s) had arrived with some small dents. He took it upon himself to notify his boss and order a new replacement panel(s). He completed the install so I was not left without a working door and did not require final payment at that time. I am expecting the replacement panels to arrive in two weeks. It only took two weeks from the initial call until install for non stock color door to arrive. Very happy that this company stands behind their materials and workmanship. They could have just said nothing to see if I would notice but they did not. Completely satisfied and highly recommend Precision Garage Door of West Michigan! ( To Benjamin's boss: He is a very good representative of your company. Keep him)

Top notch experience. I called at 8:30 am for an emergency garage door repair. The gentleman who scheduled me was polite and courteous, and I was surprised he could offer me a time slot as soon as 10 am - Noon, which I happily accepted. My technician, Jordan, called when he was on the way and he arrived before 10 am. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with answering my questions. Jordan had help from James and Eileen, and I truly appreciated how professional everyone was. I hope Precision can recognize the 3 of them. The repair was completed before 11 am, and I was able to get on with my day much sooner than I expected. Jordan went over everything with me ahead of time, and again afterwards, and I felt like he wanted to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. I'll definitely be calling Precision again in the future. Highly recommend!!!!

Had a great experience with Judd repairing our garage door equipment after our tension spring broke. We had the motor, springs, rollers, cables, and drums all replaced, and we love how quiet the new equipment is. Judd swapped us from an extremely loud chain driven motor to a nearly silent belt driven motor, and all the other equipment that was replaced left our operating smoothly and silently. He was great to work with, and we would highly recommend him for any garage door needs.

John repaired our garage doors after other companies had put a band aid on the problem. He noticed poor construction was to blame and he rebuilt the mounting system to do the job right. I would highly recommend him if your wanting the job to be done right the first time.

I called to get a repair appointment to replace a broken spring. I was told there was a three hour wait to get a technician. I accepted. Ten minutes later I got a phone call from the tech, saying he had time would it be OK to come now. i accepted again. The tech proved to highly knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. he had my door repaired in no time. Boy, am I impressed.

Our tech (Judd) was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and so fast! I called with our issue (broken spring) at 2pm and by 4pm it was fixed! They have me a variety of pricing level options and helped me settle on what worked on our budget. The communication is great with confirming your appointment, informing you when you tech is on their way, and who the tech is ahead of time. I would definitely call them again!

We called Precision to come out and take a look at a door we were having issues with. Jeremy was prompt and explained what he was going to be checking very thoroughly. We had the opener replaced on the door we were having issues with and added one on another door we had not previously had an opener on.
