Hello, my name is Michael Jones. I am a garage door technician with a year of experience in the field, working all over the metro area. My skills outside of my profession, are artistic in nature, being that I like to produce music. I am pretty easy to talk to although I can be introverted in my private life. I take my craft seriously in anything that I do, and I make sure things are done right so I see myself as a bit of a perfectionist. Currently I am 26 and only getting better. 2/2/21 – Called Precision Garage door in the morning and they arrived just a few hours later. Technician Mike Jones was very professional and followed Covid protocols. Mike took the time to review our garage door issues and walked me through the repair. He pointed out areas that would need attention in the future but did not upsell me just for the sake of doing more work today. I appreciate that he completed the work quickly and everything is back to working properly. I will absolutely look to Precision Garage Door for future work on our garage doors!
12/3/21 – Mike Jones was awesome! Installed a new garage door opener in about 2 hours. He was very professional in every way. Explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions when he was done. Well done Mike and thanks again!
