Steve, the technician who serviced our door today, was prompt, courteous, and effective. He called when he was on his way to our home, showed up when he said he would, took a look at the problem, and got right to work. When he finished, the problem was no longer present, he explained what he did and wished me a good day. If the rest of the service people at Precision Garage Door are anything like Steve, I would recommend them for your garage door repair.

The whole experience was smooth and easy. Made the appointment. Receieved confirmation and heads up tech was on his way. Dan the tech showed up and had a pretty major repair done in just about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Will be a returning customer if I need anything done in the future

Jessy arrived exactly on time to do non-critical but important repairs, within 2.5 hours of my requesting phone call. He thoroughly explained what he planned to do, assessed the four repairs, and kept me fully informed. The quote was very reasonable. He answered all of my questions, and offered suggestions for future repairs if needed. He came back the next day as promised with the additional needed and paid for part. Highly recommend this technician and company!

I am a 1st time customer, and I was completely satisfied with the thorough service call from Daniel Duvall. I was having a triple Monday morning. He calmed my nerves, examined the situation, told me what happened, cost, and fixed it in a jiffy. All this while chatting with me. He was kind, respectful, answered all my questions and informed me of possible future issues. Now that's professionalism. One thing I'm sure of; I WILL call Precision with future garage door issues. Next day service after my call thats outstanding. Tech was informative, wish when I had you at my residence a year ago the tech would have discussed the issue of only having one spring on my door when the repair replacement cost was half what I paid today, it would have been nice to put that decision on me thus I was a bit set back by the cost of the repair. Neither that or not I am satisfied with the repair.
