I won't use anybody else but Precision Garage Door. I have a 3-car garage. One of my garage door motors broke. Jessy Metzmaker did such a good job and the price was so reasonable, I had him do the other two motors. I'm bringing him back in the spring to do an overhead door on my barn. I found Jessy to be super professional, personable, and obviously highly competent or I wouldn't have had him do the other two garage doors. I highly recommend Precision. It's true in life, you get what you pay for.

We were having issues with our garage door opening system. Daniel performed a safety check on our garage door system and provided me with information on how to keep the system running smoothly in the future. Steve W. Came out to check out my liftmaster garage door opener. He called ahead of arrival and was able to get here on time. He was able to pinpoint the problem as the receiver board, but my unit being 20 + years old, the replacement part wasnt available except as refurbished or used online. He was able to provide me with some estimates for me to consider for replacement and install. He was very knowledgeable. The overall experience was easy, and smooth.

Called Precision garage door to replace a broken spring on my garage door. The service technician Jessy inspected the door and made some suggestions to replace some aging hardware. I also decided to replace the 30 year old garage door opener. It only took Jessy 2 to 3 hours to replace and install a new opener and various mechanical parts. I was extremely happy with the results. Jessy was very efficient and a very personable young man.

Dan was my tech. He showed up right on time. Had my estimate ready within 10 minute, I agreed with his feedback and gave my approval. He completed the job in less than an hour (removal of old cable/spring system. Replace with tension system). Cleaned up after going over his install, and made some recommendations. Works great! Steve Wells came out gave me a quote, ordered the equipment and installed it. He programmed the opener and allowed me to put in my code. Installed the light and sprayed all the moving parts and showed me how to do in the future. Super satisfied.
