Great response time and service. Serviced by Precision again 10/28/2025 on a different matter. Once again,great service and response…within a few hours of my call, my issue was addressed. The tech, Chuck, couldn’t have been better. I don’t know how fees compare with other companies doing the same work, but I am happy with what I paid, especially in light of the great service!

My garage door suddenly stopped responding over the weekend and thankfully Precision Garage Door had one appointment spot available. The receptionist scheduled me quickly with technician Daniel M who called me when he was on the way. I also received an email confirming the appointment which included a picture of technician so I knew who to expect. Daniel was a superstar at diagnosing the problem, offering solutions, and explaining the products available. My garage operator was from the 80's so service parts were no longer available. I bought a new operating system which replaced the old chain with a belt and it made the door opening/closing so much quieter. Daniel showed me the work that was done and answered all of my questions. I'm exceptionally impressed with the quick service, quality and price of the new operating system, and the outstanding professionalism from the technician.

Cesar Velasquez did a wonderful job installing my new garage door! We did realize halfway through the install that it was the wrong door and he quickly took the info and photos and emailed everything and by the time he left it was being fixed.

Chuck Butler called an hour before the time window. At that time he gave me the time he would be here. He showed up on time and got right to work. Diagnosed the problem and discussed solutions and their costs. Then completed the work we wanted.They will be replacing the door.

Called earlier in the week after my garage door broke and scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday with a 4hr window. The technician showed up right at the beginning of that window at 8am and we discussed what could be done to fix my issue. Although the fix was more than I was wanting to spend the parts for the original system were not available so a conversion was installed in about an hour with all new parts and now my garage door opens and closes much smoother then before. Everyone was polite and courteous and the job was completed quickly. Would definitely use again if needed.

Needed to have travel adjusted. While the technician (Chuck Butler), was doing the inspection, found that the track needed an adjustment. Took care of both issues, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely use again if needed.

Our garage door spring and cable broke on Saturday afternoon. Our cars were trapped in the garage and my husband and I had work on Monday and our children had school. We desperately needed someone to get out immediately. After getting burned by a competitor and wasting precious hours on that I called Prescision. I was almost immediately on the phone with a dispatcher and she was able to get us set up first thing Sunday morning. Chuck Butler came out and was very courteous and really explained everything. We ended up getting a rebuild of the garage door system because it was at least 30 years old. Chuck made sure we understood what he was doing and even made some minor fixes to other parts of the garage so everything worked perfect. He also looked at the door itself and told us it was perfectly fine. The competitor had tried to tell us it needed to be replaced a few years ago when they came out and put in a new opener motor - very thankful we didn't listen to them. We are VERY happy with our experience and could not recommend Precision and Chuck more. Thanks for actually being a 24/7 service and for saving the day!

Scheduled an online appt this morning after 7am. Requested same day, 8am - 10am slot. 20 minutes later I get a text from Chuck that he is on his way. Chuck arrived at 8am. Replaced both torsion springs and rollers. Done by 10am. Chuck was excellent, kept me informed on work progress and was very thorough. Excellent repair from the start to the end. Highly recommended

July 4th weekend, the weather has been very hot and muggy. We leave for work at 6am and the garage door only goes down hallway, we must continue. When we return we notice the spring is destroyed, the cables are coiled in a big bunch. We need to call for assistance. The appointment was scheduled for one-two hours later, unbelievable! On a holiday weekend! Daniel Mendoza drove through traffic jams, rain storms and got here as promised! He was very professional, giving us several estimates and warranties to choose. We made the decision. He worked in the hot garage for as long as he needed to make certain the garage door would work right. Now our door sounds better than ever! We have to look to make sure that it has gone down, it's so quiet! Thanks so much Daniel!

Your tech was named Chuck Butler. He was very courteous and efficient. We had a door that would not open. Mr. Butler checked a number of systems to be sure they that they should be able to work properly. He then checked the safety system and found the problem. He repaired the equipment and then reset the controls so the door operated correctly. All in all, Mr. Butler got the door repaired and working correctly very quickly and made sure it did everything the way it was supposed to. Thank you for having such a great tech. From now on your company will be my "go to" technicians and I will be telling my friends about my great experience!

Precision Garage door was awesome to work with from the first call to get an in home estimate to the finished product. The service rep that came to give an estimate was the same technician that returned to do the work! Not only was Daniel's work clean, quick and efficient, but he was able to make some very specific changes to placement and height of our garage door opener that we discussed. I'm happy with the finished install and Daniel taking the time to walk me through my new device, get it set up on my phone and in both vehicles!

This company is the best!! Have used them a couple of times. The tech Jesse was amazing!! Took photos and explained issues in-depth. I was given three options to rectify my issue and other potential issues. At NO did I feel like it was a hard sell. Jesse was VERY friendly and knowledgeable. I even asked him if he liked his job. He immediately said he loved it and enjoyed speaking with and getting to know the customers. He was very honest and genuine. Please use this company for future garage door issues. They are fair,knowledgeable, and honest, IMO. Thanks Jesse!!
