11/20/2023 – Josh Crudup from Precision Garage Door of Southeast & Mid Michigan did a great job. Spent time to explain and answer questions about the failure of the door and what the repair plan was. Work was quite fast and once done he went over the repairs and answered additional questions. I would use precision again.
11/11/2023 – Excellent professional service from the initial estimate to the garage door installation. Josh did the installation. He was on time, did a perfect installation and above all he polite and communicated well. He left my garage very clean, even wiped down the new door. Thank you!

8/16/23 – Josh C was timely and quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. A short time later, he provided a bare min repair option as well as a more long term solution upgrading key components that weren’t broken, but were in need of replacing. There was no sales pressure which was great. Josh was courteous, knowledgeable and a complete professional. Job well done. Would def recommend to others.
6/22/2023 – I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Repair, especially my technician, Joshua Crudup. After a power outage this morning, my garage door was malfunctioning. Precision sent Joshua out within a couple hours of my call. He was very professional & explained everything he would need to do to repair it. The price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call them again.
