1/8/2024 – We just bought a house with a VERY old garage door opener. Dalton R. from Precision Door came out to assess not only the opener, but the coils, hinges, tracks and cables. He identified the areas that needed updating, made those repairs and installed the new opener. After installation, he thoroughly explained all the features of the new opener and control pad. He was friendly, caring and helpful!

12/28/2023 – I’d like to thank both Precision Garage Door Service and your technician,Dalton Rhodes. First, the ability to schedule next day service (made call in late afternoon). Second, communication, confirming appointment and updates on Dalton’s arrival: Dalton made contact with us just prior to his arrival. Dalton first introduced himself and then explained the assessment he would perform along with photos. Upon completing the assessment we went over the evaluation and options on repair and warranty (never and pressure in pitching options). Overall, the repair took just over two hours. In summary I’d highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to friends and neighbors.

10/31/0203 – Precision Garage Door always does a great job. Today’s technician, Dalton Rhodes, did not disappoint. Earlier in the year he did a fantastic job rebuilding my garage door with new springs, new rollers and new cables. His attention to detail and work ethic is commendable. Plus he’s a nice guy. Today he “only” put a new seal on the bottom of my garage door, but he didn’t rush the job and made sure it was installed perfectly. Thank you Dalton.

10/25/2023 – Outstanding service from Dalton Rhoades! Went above and beyond what was required, making adjustments and replacing certain parts. We recently had Precision Garage install a new door and the workmanship (and service) is best in class. Would not use anyone else!

4/13/2023 – Dalton the sales representee who came to our home for Precision was very professional, friendly and informative. He explained the issue with our garage door and offered us solution’s. He was very patient and answered all of our questions, making sure that we understood the technical aspects of what he was saying. We were very pleased and when he left felt that we had made the decision that fit our situation and that no pressure was applied to us. I hope that Dalton continues with Precision for a long time as he is an huge asset to the company.

2/9/2023 – We had a great experience with this company. They were able to get us in quickly for a time that worked with our schedules, sent a very helpful and informative installer, Dalton, and the job was completed quickly! I would highly recommend Precision! We love our new garage door opener!

3/26/22 – 1. The request for service was handled promptly and scheduled conveniently for the following morning between 8 and 10 a.m. 2. Our tech, Dalton called promptly at 7:45 a.m. the next morning and indicated that he would be arriving at 8:15 a.m., which happened. 3. He went right to work surveying our problem, a broken spring and gave us a thorough cost for the repair service. We were given three service options for needed repairs and/or suggested replacement of worn parts. We choose the middle, service for repairs and replacement of recommended parts. 4. As I watched his entire effort, Dalton was very through with his repair effort and made sure that each action was completed in a precise and appropriate manner. He took extra time to insure a good repair. I am very satisfied with all that he did. He indicated that if any problem should arise after his service call, to please contact their office immediately for a quick return response. 5. This is the second time that we have used Precision for repair of one of our garage doors. In addition, our family has used Precision for the installation of a new garage door opener at their home. In each case, we have been very satisfied with their work performance on site and easy scheduling. Should the need for added repairs become necessary in the future, we will not hesitate to contact Precision.

3/12/22 – Technician Dalton Rhodes did the most thorough job of garage door repair I have ever had in this house – and I have been here 23 years. I was not previously aware of the fact that there are two different grades of torsion springs and that when springs are replaced the center and end bearings should be checked and replaced – our center bearing was shot. He also pointed out that the down force was not adjusted properly and both doors and recalibrated both.
Dalton is a dedicated hard working technician and should be rewarded! I wish more young folks had his work ethic.

1/13/22 – Technician Dalton Rhodes was efficient and knowledgeable. Very thorough too. He did a very thorough inspection of my garage door and gave me information on possible future problems. He quickly was able to make the repairs I needed for my initial repair request.
