8/1/2025 – I totally want to thank Precision Garage Door for sending and experienced and knowledgeable personnel to my home after hours in the rain to help me open my old garage door and make me aware of what I need to do and even took the time show me new garage doors and give me prices. I seriously want to thank Brian for your outstanding service.

6/23/2025 – Brian was the person I dealt with and let me tell you he was truly professional and gave me great customer service. He answered all my questions and gave me various options for different packages. Brian was very helpful and always had great intentions to give me various options to help me. I would highly recommend this company and Brian to anyone as he is very helpful and gave phenomenal customer service. He was very honest about everything and in my opinion had a lot of integrity. Thank you Brian for helping me.

8/6/2024 – Precision replaced my doors in the smoothest quickest process imaginable. A couple weeks later I realized I should have had the keypads done as well and called yesterday. Brian arrived at 7 this morning and it is now done and dusted. Literally the most efficient company and technicians. Thank you

11/8/2023 – Brian was early, professional, knowledgeable and was able to perform a full service repair and maintenance to my garage door. He performed the work and was complete in less time than he originally quoted. Best garage door company I have ever used in my 65 years. Another bonus for me it came with a full 5 year warranty! I highly recommend Precision garage door for all your needs!

9/5/23 – Brian Ciminelli was a great technician. Very professional and clearly explained every part that was going to be repaired. Then walked through everything that was done again once the work was completed. Requested an appointment for same day and was accommodated. Service requested and received was top notch. Would use them again and would recommend to others.
